Horrible! Glenn Wilburn is completely unprofessional and did not provide the services we contracted him to do (videography and photography.) We received NO video and almost none of the still shots we had discussed. In the only email response we received from Mr. Wilburn, he stated that «The bottom line is that I took more footage, including video, that I chose not to show. No disrespect to your family, but not every pose and expression is a winner, and since I care about the quality of work I produce, I don’t publish photos or video that are unflattering to the subject.» Any phone calls or emails we have sent after this have gone unanswered. He offers no apologies, only excuses. I do not believe he took any video at all. He was 30 minutes late on my wedding day, and very ill prepared. He even had my father-​in-​law stand and hold his photo lighting for over 20 minutes because he did not have the proper stand/​equipment to hold the light. Also, he sat down (uninvited and leaving some of our guests without a place to sit) and ate at our 30-​minute cake reception instead of using all of the time to capture our memories. He also had several glasses of punch, and because there were only a limited number of glasses provided, my husband did not have a glass when he got ready to make a toast. All of these things would have been overlooked had we received the photos and videos we had contracted for. One of the most meaningful parts of my wedding was my 10-​yr-​old daughter playing the wedding march on her violin, and we have no photos or video of her at all. I made sure to provide Mr. Wilburn with a list of the photos we wanted, as well as discussing at length what portions of the evening we most wanted captured on video. We did not get what we asked for, and the only photograph of my new family has the top of my husband’s head cut off, so we do not even have a picture to frame from the wedding day!

Glenn is amazing, he listened to my photo wish lists and really worked to make all of them happen, even when we were rained out of our ceremony location. A+!

Hired Glenn off of Craigs List in May. Rave Wedding Wire reviews. all 5s. Sadly I did not know not to trust Wedding Wire. We hired him for a rehearsal dinner and he did not get one photo of the bride and groom. His response was no one told him who they were. Seriously? Lots of group shots of peoples’s backs and eating. His response was he wasn’t hired for portraits.
A huge disappointment. Please be warned.
