Forest Creek Eye Center

I discovered this eye center while shopping around for new eye glasses. I looooove the spacious environment. The waiting area is really pretty and clean. It makes you feel as if you are in a posh cabin as opposed to going in for an eye appointment. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are awesome at helping you select frames and provide pros and cons for each so that you make an informed decision. They work with your insurance so that you are getting the best deal possible. Great staff and great center, I’d go back!

I have been a patient at Forest Creek Eye Center since 2006. I have always found Dr Buser to be very professional, thorough and attentive to my concerns as a patient. At the same time she is friendly and approachable. The waiting area is spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The exam rooms are clean and well maintained. All of my interactions with the front desk staff has been cordial and professional. I get routine reminder calls about my appointments which I appreciate. I’ve had no problems whatsoever at check out time with billing or insurance. Several of the staffers have been at Forest Creek Eye Center for a long time including Craig in the optical section. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. In addition to the professional services offered, they also have a nice selection of sunglasses.

I live in Forest Creek nearby and have been going to Dr. Buser since the week they opened. I have vision problems and Dr Buser takes good care of me. Very friendly and professional service and a free hug with every visit! Craig in the optical department is very knowledgeable as well! You can’t do better than Forest Creek Eye Center!

I recently relocated here and had my eyes examined elsewhere but couldn’t find frames I liked so came to Forest Creek upon the recommended by someone and Facebook and couldn’t be more pleased. The staff are exceptionally friendly. They have a great selection of frames (i had 12 in my hands and couldn’t decide). Craig was absolutely wonderful and helped pick out the frames that best suited my face and personality. Next time I’m coming here for my eye exam.

I have to agree with all the other reviews that this place is a gem… very welcoming, with all of the staff being friendly and professional. I saw Dr. Esler, and she was probably the nicest, most caring doctor I have ever met. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I have a medical condition right now that can affect my vision, and she was right on it with helpful information. Everything from check-​in to check-​out left me feeling very comfortable bringing my family here for our eye care needs. Highly recommend!

Dr. Buser and her entire staff are friendly, professional and a pleasure to know. The entire staff strives to provide the best of care by listening and making every effort to be helpful. The office is beautifully decorated and just walking through the doors feels like a respite from a busy day. Thank you Dr. Buser for caring for my family!

Dr. Buser is fantastic. She’s been my eye doctor for many years. Every facet of the business has been crafted with care and comfort in mind. The building is beautiful, the staff are helpful and nice, and Dr. Buser has an engaging and pleasant attitude. Her exams are thorough and she provides high quality care.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Buser! It is a bit of a drive for me to see her every year for my checkup, and yes, I could find an OD much closer, but I trust her care for my eyes so much, I am willing to make the drive.
Sometimes it feels as the medical profession is in a rush, hoping there will not be questions to lengthen your visit, but Dr. Buser encourages questions, wanting you to be a well informed patient. I have seen other good OD’s, but she always seems to go a step farther. It helps that her wonderful personality makes you forget you’re in the middle of an eye exam.
She accepts several different insurance companies, which helps, and anytime I call the office, the receptionist tells me to «have a great day», which makes me feel a little extra special as a patient, even though she probably says that to everyone.
They also have an optical shop on site, and the guy that works in there reminds me alot of «Dr. Red Duke» and is super nice as well, even if you take forever and a day to pick out frames.
I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for an OD, but no one wants to drive to Round Rock. Oh well, their loss is my gain!

Doctor Buser at the Forest Creek Eye Center
in Round Rock, Texas is the best eye doctor I’ve ever had. She is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and up to date in her line of business. She explained every single step of the exam pointing out key factors and the reason each part of the exam was being done for and then she would explain the results. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful and the environment in which this establishment is based is very welcoming, comforting, cozy and to be quite honest you don’t feel like you’re at a Doctor’s office. I would highly recommend the services of Doctor Buser to anyone that is in need of an eye exam or any other service pertaining to eye care and with a phone number like (512) 341 — 2020 you know they mean business, lol.
