Very friendly, great pricing! Storage unit and surroundings are very clean! This is our first time renting a storage facility and couldn’t be more pleased!

My family has had storage at this particular location for two years and we were finally able to move our stuff out. We had two storage units here. I will say they are secure, clean and offer reasonable prices for the size. The problem that I have with Cubesmart is the fact that they DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT PRORATE… This is ridiculous. My unit was paid for on the 15^th and cleared out on the 18^th of the same month. I should not have to pay for a whole month of storage if I moved out before the end of the billing cycle. I called them and they basically were like «oh well… its not our policy to prorate» This is how they scam you out of money… most facilities that I have dealt with prorate because you may not need storage for a month! This was not even explained to me when signing the contract or else we would have gone somewhere else!
