Very good and relaxing! Atmosphere was nice! Highly Recommend! Food was good… not to hot, not to cold! Had so much food needed a doggie bag!

Hmm where to start. First off the drunk lady feeling up everyone at the bar, spilling drinks and just being obnoxious. Bartender still serving here. Two guys at the bar who, from my experience, were probably coke dealers. Slow service and got the orders all wrong. And working 10+ years in a kitchen myself it’s either they don’t read tickets or just don’t care. They offered us a complimentary dessert for the trouble and STILL charged us for it. If I were the management there I would’ve fired everyone there that night. Watched two different tables get up and leave after not being served drinks for over 15 mins. Never been to a Chilis before this experience, and after I never want to go back

Our seating choices where either sit in the bar area where the music was super loud and awful or in the dining area with lights that remind me of nuclear reactors. Bright, freezing and all around uncomfortable. Whatever happened to the cool old eclectic chilis? Modern décor, slow disorganized service. Waiter was nice. Food the usual.

Lunch specials are new & priced right. $ 6 – 8. In a hurry, no problem. Funny little pay computer at each table. Lots of parking and 5 big screen TV’s over the bar.

We had a good experience. Our servers name was Danielle and we ate at a booth in the bar section. I got the buffalo chicken salad and my wife got the 6oz sirloin with broccoli and asparagus with tomatoes. The steak was very well seasoned and cooked perfect, but it wasn’t very hot. The asparagus wasn’t cooked all the way and the tomatoes were soggy. She didn’t eat any of it. Other than that everything was okay.

Unfortunately, I have to give this place one star for bad service. 1. We asked for water with lemon. Only got the water no lemon 2. Then we asked for straws and lemon, again. Got the lemon but no straws. 3. We ordered our food and guacamole and chips for appetizer. Got our food no appetizer. AND when we mentioned this to the person(not the server) who delivered our food, he said, «I don’t know. I just saw these were ready and brought it here». Really? Seriously? Great customer service would have answered, «Let me check that for you.» AND then have it out. But no, we got the appetizer at the end. 4. We didn’t even know who our server was! I see they’re short staff maybe, but I’m disappointed with this location. Too bad, Chili’s was one of my favorite hang out place :(

15 minute wait for a friday night isnt bad! Our waitress was kind, friendly and understanding when we alerted her that my boyfriend’s burger had pickles when he requested none, the only thing keeping this review from being 5 stars honestly. According to our waitress, this sort of thing kept happening in the kitchen. It’s not a huge deal – my boyfriend is only picky and not allergic. My burger bites came without cheese, which i requested, so im happy. Somehow i feel that the cheese might have made the sandwich less dry, but i can’t stand American and dairy makes me ill, unfortunately. The burgers were supposed to have ranch on them, but i don’t recall ever tasting it? Probably for the best, then.

The only reason it gets one star is because I really liked our server and she kept my water filled. Everything else sucked. I even contacted chilis customer service at corporate and five days later no response. Not even going into details again, but you can tell by other reviews this place sucks. BJ’S is right next door, so I recommend bypassing this crap hole and going to BJs. What happened to you Chilis? You used to be my favorite chain restaurant, now you’re not even worth a second thought. Did you get too big and don’t care about your guests anymore? Good luck surviving the next decade, bankruptcy is in your future with standards like this.

I just don’t know anymore. This place was once my favorite place to eat. Every weekend I loved coming here for a salad burger or pasta. Now things have changed. Not coming here again. Sorry Chilis it’s you not me. Took forever to get seated. Appetizer came out with food. Food under cooked. AC water dripping in my water. Over all ugh. But manager very nice super helpful. Same one from last visit. I know this because we had issues last time as well. This trip was our lets try once more. But this is the last time. Bye Chilis.

The worst experience. Took about 50 minutes for our food and after asking the manager she could have cared less. After finally getting our food, my mom’s steak was so hard she could barely eat it. Take your business elseshere.

Can’t say I was impressed with this location; Our appetizer took FOREVER we had only ordered the classic nachos. Right after we got our appetizer we got our entrée. Can I just say how much I HATE it when that happens? I was hoping that wasn’t the case but it did. Not only that but the manager was very unprofessional, I was sitting close to the kitchen and he yelled at the people working in the kitchen pretty loud a couple times. Quite honestly I felt bad for the people working in the kitchen. The waitress was pretty nice but other than that all I can say is what has happened to chilis? I remember the food used to be good, now it is cold or just not good. I usually don’t visit chilis much because of these reasons and I can say I haven’t changed my mind yet.

Called in my Togo order. Went to pick up. Forgot my burger and soup. Asked for Togo silverware(we just moved) didn’t give us spoons for soup. Or ketchup for burgers and fries. Cashier also handed cash didn’t bother to count back to us. I hate when cashiers place money in my hands. Count it. One day you will miscount!

went in for dinner on Friday night. Our server was very nice and helpful… and then another server came and seemingly ran her off and proceeded to take over. New server was okay, but not as friendly as the first lady was. Gave us a bit of grief about the«free appetizer» coupon that we had brought in, but ultimately let us use it, as it was obviously valid. We ordered chips and queso, which are normally stellar at Chili’s. Queso came out lukewarm, and somewhat gelatinous, but since it was free… we ate it anyways. Then comes the food. I ordered a $ 10 bacon-ranch chicken quesadilla… which is a bit pricy, but Chili’s usually has great quesadillas. What came out was the lamest excuse for a quesadilla that I have ever seen. Tiny tortilla with hardly anything in between them. A couple of the sections had one small piece of chicken in them, and a bit of cheese. My daughter ordered the kids chicken crispers, and when they came out, the waitress had ordered the wrong type of chicken. They were not cooked well, and came out rather slimy. We talked to the manager, and he took the quesadilla off of our ticket, which was a bonus. However, I just wish we did not even have to mess with issues like this. I like Chili’s, but I’m not handing my cash over for bad food. Hope they get it corrected.

We arrive at 11.30am. We were on our lunch break. Ordered our food, it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive. 1 order was sitting for at least 30 minutes. They had to remake 1 of the plates. We asked to speak to a manager, he went to another table. After flagging him down, he said the system messed up. We asked for our check. Jay, the waiter brought it out and never came back to get it, after asking him to run it, he threw the card on the floor and said he will pay for it and stormed off. The worst customer service ever… Both the manager and the waiter were very inappropriate. Throwing my debit card on the floor is not ok when you did not provide us with good service during our lunch break.
