Hired Certified Arbor Care after getting a recommendation from a family member who had used their service recently and was very pleased. Called them and they came right out to the house for an estimate. The estimate was very competitive and we decided to hire them to remove the dead wood from 8 adult live oak trees and thin the canopy and remove from 5′ within our house. They came out to the house on day of commitment and completed the task in about three and a half hours. Everything looks great! The cleanup was spectacular considering the amount of debris that was on the yard after the cutting/​pruning was done. Can’t even tell they were here except for the nicely trimmed trees we now have. They even went the extra step of cutting some tree wood from a couple of trees that extended into our yard from the vacant property behind our house. Very responsive company and would/​will definitely use again.

Over the past couple of years, our trees had grown out of control! A friend highly recommended Certified Arbor so we gave them a call. One of their reps met me at the house, we did a walk-​through and he checked every tree. Since we’re on a budget, he broke the bid into minimum «have-to’s» and a total for everything. The rate quoted to take care of everything was very reasonable, and within what we had budgeted. So we made an appointment about a week out for the team to come.
My husband was able to work from home that day in case the workers had any questions. He said they were very professional, friendly and fast. They brought a chipper/​shredder and took care of everything on-​site.
They did a wonderful job! Our trees look GREAT, and it doesn’t look like we live in a jungle anymore. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree service.
