I have never truly wanted to go workout, but working with Caitlin, I always look forward to my training sessions. I have never been stronger, been able to see such great muscle definition, and felt more confident while working with Caitlin. Caitlin has the ability to push me to points I never thought I could go. Each week, she says, we are going to be doing this {name of new exercise or something at a higher intensity] in a few weeks. And, it actually happens even though I think I could never do that. I am amazed at what my body can do and it has only been possible due to Caitlin’s coaching. She pushes me to work very hard and isn’t afraid to call me out for slacking, yet is able to communicate in a way that is kind and very motivating. I want to make her proud which in turn has great results for me.

I started training with Caitlin a couple months ago. I was kind of nervous about the whole thing, and made my husband call to set up a consultation for us. For me, I had some kind of weird requirements for a trainer. I wanted someone who didn’t use sixteen exclamation points on his/her website(GETFIT!!!) and knew how to use a comma correctly. I know, weird, but it mattered to me. I can’t trust in someone who can’t write. So this eliminated some of her competition. Also, I wanted someone who wasn’t cagey about pricing and would just be open and up front. Caitlin was reasonably priced in comparison to all the other trainers we considered, and has tons of options. You can meet at a gym or at your house, and her schedule is open to morning or evenings. You can do as many sessions as you want for as many months as you want. She lowers her hourly rate if you sign up for three sessions a week(as opposed to say, one or two) for six consecutive months(as opposed to one month), and also gives you a discount if you meet at a gym instead of at your house. I did the six month, thrice weekly, at the gym plan to save money and since I knew it would take six months to get me wearing the size I wanted. Immediately upon meeting Caitlin, though, I knew I wanted her to help me get in shape! There was no contest. The first week we trained, Caitlin took time out of her schedule and, after one of our sessions, free of charge, took me to a nearby grocery store to talk about buying food. I’m a vegetarian and needed some help in getting ideas for new foods to incorporate into my diet, and to figure out how to handle carbs when I don’t eat meat. She totally asked around and researched to be fully prepared to help her veggie client! Through the past two months, I have been amazed at how quickly I’ve seen results. I’ve dropped 2 to 3 sizes in my clothes, depending on the brand, and shopping for clothes is actually fun again. My metabolism is exponentially higher, which means that even if I do eat something that’s not the best for me, it burns away faster. I’m sleeping better, feeling better, and looking better. Caitlin has everything to do with these changes! When she first started training me, she was great at figuring out how to push me just slightly further than I wanted to go, and spot-checked me during all of our exercises. She also does the kind of exercise I like– we kickbox once a week, because I wanted to learn, and practice sprinting/running too since I am doing a 5k with some friends. I need someone who can tell good stories to distract me while I push through the pain, and Caitlin is great at this. She has become not only my trainer, but a friend too. I would highly recommend Caitlin to anyone looking to lose weight, get healthy, get strong or get in shape for an event, athletic or otherwise. Call her today!
