We have lived in our home for over 20 years and hadn’t really changed anything because we were intimidated by the process. We decided to make some changes to our Master and Hall Bathrooms and called John at Blue Marble Design. He came up with a design, advised us on what would and wouldn’t work in our bathrooms and was responsive during the whole process. One thing I really appreciated was John’s patience with my indecision. He must have gone to tile stores 6 times with me as I kept changing my mind about what I wanted; all the time guiding me on what would or wouldn’t look good. We are so pleased with both of our bathrooms. They are beyond what we imagined and, if we decide to make any more changes to our home, Blue Marble Design will be the one we call.

I used this company for what should have been a simple master update. New tile flooring and a new shower enclosure. The house was a mess even though they only worked on the bathroom. The job took entirely too long and once the tile was finally installed, it wasn’t level and the corners didn’t match up, so it all had to be ripped out and reinstalled. Very frustrating experience. Tried to get John to come over to fix some warranty work… Grout issues and the tiler broke a door stop. He said he would call me tomorrow. After a few more days I called him again to which he said he would call me later. Later never came. Getting ready to do a huge tile job up and down stairs. Will go elsewhere.
