Barnett Orthodontics – Round Rock

disappointed in the fact that I had a broken wire that I needed replacing (took less than 5 minutes) I was told it would cost 70 by email and on the phone prior to my appointment. When I got up to check out, it was 85. I let them know I was told 2x it was 70. I know it is $ 15 difference, but gee honor the price I was told TWICE. Another thing was that my regular ortho called to say I should bump up one wire (016). I told them this on the phone. When they were putting on the wire, I again mentioned ghis. The tech told me they don’t use the 016 there. Why not tell me on the phone so I could go elsewhere? ?? Instead, they bumped me 2 wire sizes. I wouldn’t use them again. I will drive the 2 hours to my regular ortho.

My daughter just started orthodontic treatment this week with Dr Barnett. The office is beautiful, the staff are so friendly and professional, and Dr Barnett is a fabulous Orthodontist. They truly offer 5 star service!
