I drop my dog off for day care twice a week. He almost drags me across the parking lot, he likes it so much.
When I pick him up, he doesn’t want to leave. He gives the place 5 Unilocal

My dog LOVES Barks a Lot! He comes here twice a week for doggie day care and has a great time playing with the other dogs or just running around and having fun. We have had him groomed several times and have been very happy with the results. He has also stayed overnight in the kennels and was taken very good care of. AND this review is in not recommended because good reviews are held to ransom for the small business to pay to have the good reviews posted. Bad bad Yankee echo lima papa.

While they do a decent job grooming, I will NEVER go back. I have never written a negative review, so this is a pretty big deal for me. Beverly (the owner) was so incredibly rude to both me and my vet’s office. She called to tell me that my dog’s shots had expired. She had the current paperwork, but said she didn’t. She suggested I was lying about my dog being up to date on shots. I’ve been going there for quite a while and nicely asked that she call my vet. She yelled at me and then yelled at the vet tech when they called her!
She then must have read the Unilocal review, because she then called my husband and told him I was lying, and she will threaten legal action. What kind of business is this! She let me know she didn’t care if I didn’t come back. She has enough customers and doesn’t need my business. Stay far away (unless you like getting belittled and being treated rudely).

Well after a month the owner finally responds to my bbb report with lies! Mentioned I had other groomers on here, yet it was one review in 2013! Get real lady! I thought it was because they didn’t respond, but I had to go back to read the review since it was so long ago. That company received negative feedback from me because they were rude and denied my dog services. He never even went to these people! If she is referring to FM 685 that is a veterinarian, and a lot of people in my community have issues with them to the point where one lady even had a petition against them to shut them down. So since the owner of Barks wanted to focus on the negative I decided to write a review for the groomer my dog has been going to for quite a long time before trying her! Yes they received 5 stars!
In addition, this owner had the audacity to say I didn’t show her a pic of how I wanted my dog cut. That was a complete lie because I went back to my car to get my phone to show her the picture. She put her ideas on me showed me a picture and my dog still did not look like that. Again I have to come home and take an additional hour of my time to fix that mess. Apparently she also needs to take a class on nonverbal behavior because a smile does not necessarily mean that you are happy; I smile when I see my dog every time and the smile did not necessarily mean I was happy with the outcome. I had literally been out all day after my kidney doctor appointment due to his grooming appointment change. Therefore, I wasn’t going to sit around and wait for her to fix it. She also mentioned he was wagging his tail but yet I was talking to a few friends and family that day and the next day because I noticed his behavior was different and I was very concerned. It took so long for her to get back to me even when I came back from my vacation my cousin asked me had I heard from this lady yet and of course the answer was no. I know I may suffer from «chemo“therapy brain but I know what I saw I know what I observed I was a psychologist and have always been an observant person. At the end of the day, karma will prevail and God will handle her and her deceit!

Can’t ask for a better place to board your dog. They noticed our dog was having trouble with the loud barking and moved him to their grooming side to help him adjust. They posted pictures throughout his stay which helped my kids through the time as well. Great people you can trust with your pet. I will only use Bark’s a lot going forward, you should too.

A few weeks ago while I was on another social media an ad popped up. I’ve never seen this place before when I was searching for a nearby daycare for our Shih Tzu. I looked at the website and was blown away with the prices. That same day I called and made an appointment to take a tour of the facility.
As we arrived, we were already liking the atmosphere of where the facility was located. We got inside and met the owner Beverly. Sweetest lady you’ll ever meet. She gave us a tour and explained everything we needed to know.
She has daycare, boarding and grooming available. We were looking for another daycare so that we can keep our Shih Tzu socialized for less money with the same quality as the other daycare.
He’s been going twice a week since then and we’ve never had any issues.
