I have called this doctor’s office two times asking to be admitted as a new patient. I was told the first time that the doctor was not taking new patients and that because I had a relative as a patient, they would ask the doctor if I could become a patient. All reviews on the doctor are wonderful, and my relative obviously raved about the doctor. One week after I was to be called back, I called the office again. I was told the doctor had my message and would get back to me. Now it is a week later, and I have still not heard. Either this doctor does not pick up her messages, or her office staff lied to me.
I need a doctor on my plan, this is worse than being in Ottawa, Canada where we had to shop for a doctor to take us as they do not need patients. At least there, they said no and did not string one along, or lie outright.
