Lake’s One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

They are not only scam artist but common criminals! Phil the owner made a service call and I paid $ 1,000 deposit by check for a new furnace. I called Phil the next morning to cancel the order, I had another company install a new furnace quicker. Phil said no problem and he would return the deposit. Phil did no work. One month and several calls later I still have not received my deposit back. I spoke to Phil and his general manager and both said they would send me my check back. I will now have to file a law suit against them in order to get my money back.

I have used One Hour several times already and have been highly satisfied with the services rendered. The owner, Phil, is knowledgeable, upfront, and reasonable as far as service visits and any repairs needed. Highly recommend!

Very nice, professional and we worked out a reasonable price. They stayed late on a Friday to make sure the job was done right. They also surprisingly fixed my door. Overall I would highly recommend.

PROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTISTS!!! I had One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning do a service call as they were sent by Home Warranty of America… I was told I needed a new air conditioner and furnace… I gave them a $ 3000 deposit on a credit card for new ac and furnace… The next day I found a different company to do same job at much better price… I contacted One Hour and told them to cancel the install and credit my credit card… The owner Phil was very upset and said there would be a «cancellation fee.» He said he would credit my credit card… That never happened and I had to file a dispute with Citibank… I thought the charge was taken off but One Hour claimed that services were rendered… NOTHING was done by One Hour as I used a different company… I am still fighting this claim with Citibank and this has been nothing but aggravation… Do not use One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning!
