Ordered a pizza… went into pick up 10 min after they said it would be ready and still had to wait an additional 15 min. no one at the counter and when someone did come out said he had no clue what was going on. seemed agitated at the people who were waiting to order. pizza was mediocre at best… place has def gone downhill since they opened. Thru with getting anything there… would not recommend to anyone… woulda given no stars if it let me

Ah pretty average pizza, I stopped in for a pizza to bring back to work. but let me tell you it was greasy and overall pretty bland tasting. The Price Chopper up the road has better pizza

It pains me to have to write this review. This pizza place was very disappointing. I usually enjoy supporting small independent shops but this pizza was mediocre. This was one of the few times have had a pizza party at my home and it was pizza left over. We had pizza left over and no one wanted to take any home. I am not giving one star because the customer service was great. Staff was extremely friendly.

I have been to Cusato’s 3 times. All 3 times were awful for diff reasons. Young girls at the counter could care less and dont take orders very well. Also very rude that they constantly check their cell phones while they are dealing with customers. Food is ok, people are awful and unorganized.

I stopped here for my break and I’ve never had worse pizza in my life. It was greasy and soggy, and even made me sick. I’ll definitely never go there again.

I love the pizza and calzones at Cusatos, and their pastas are pretty good as well. However, the restaurant deserves only 3 stars because their delivery service is AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! If you order delivery, don’t expect your pizza to be hot. It WILL be luke warm. The delivery guy wont show up until about 15 – 20 minutes after you expected them and then when you call they will insist that the guy will be at your house any minute. Yea, that’s not the case. One time, I called ahead a few hours to schedule a delivery time adn they still got it wrong. The young lady that took down our order put on the ticket that I ordered the food at the time I wanted to food delivered so I ended up waiting almost an hour and half to eat. I had a house full of people expecting food. I was not happy. Also, your pizza will probably be delivered by one of the owner’s sons. Nice kids, but honestly, they cant run this thing efficiently. Get rid of the teenagers answering the phones and fix your business.

Horrible is the only way to describe their pizza. Ordered a Sicilian, it was undercooked, crust was very thin and the sauce tasted like the taco sauce you get in a taco kit from the market. Never again will I waste money there.

It is good. I did like that it is a thin crust pizza; however, it was just your average pizza and wings.

Never tried their pizza, but their roast beef submarine is horrible. Roast beef should be tender. This beef was too well done. Worst sub I’ve had in the area. Sorry Cusato’s, I may not be back for more.

Popped in for dinner tonight and for once didn’t get pizza! I’ve had their pizza in the past and it’s always really tasty; crisp crust, great toppings, definitely puts a smile on my face thinking of it. But tonight I was feeling more like a sandwich, and Cusato’s has tons of really awesome sandwiches. Tonight I had a Milano(basically tuna) and got a pickle to boot(I love sandwich shops that give pickles; I can munch on the drive home!), a Gangster for my brother(mushrooms and onions on a nice-sized cheeseburger), and sausage, peppers and onions on a roll for my mom. Evrything was delicious, as always. The bread didn’t get soggy, the burger I’m told was just right, and my mom is always nuts for sausage and peppers, so that was a hit. I’m not too cool with their onion rings… I prefer a thing breading and a crisp crunch, and these sort of fold in half when you grab them. I love the asiago and olive bites, but I didn’t really want to have olives and tuna in one meal. One thing I really don’t like though is how much they charge for ice cream. They’re about 100 yards down the road from a Price Chopper, so I just skipped down the road while they were making my food and grabbed a carton for about $ 3 less.

We had a BOGO pizza coupon for Cusato’s and decided to try it. We got a white pizza and one with mushrooms. The crust of both pizzas was much thinner than we like. The moisture from the mushrooms(and there wasn’t a particlarly generous amount) made that pizza’s top watery. While the prices seemed reasonable, the pizzas just weren’t good enough for us to go back — especially with all of the other pizza places in the area.

Cusato’s Pizzeria took over this space a few months ago. They also have another location on Route 9 in Halfmoon. This place used to be Alfred’s Bakery, where I enjoyed their cookies on my last visit over the winter. The space was remodeled(still a little more work to be done), bakery cases and equipment cleared out. This review is based on the pizza only. I stopped in here for lunch and they had a few varieties of huge slices(12″) on display with a father and son team working the place. Several whole pizza sizes are available including 10″-16″-18″-12&24 cut Sicilian and a COLOSSAL26″ PIZZA. See the menu and coupons at Cusato’s does have a few bakery items for sale including prestuffed cannolis($ 2.50 each) and various cookies. I decided on a huge Sausage Pizza Slice($ 2.75 plus tax), which was reheated in the oven in the back. The pizza was great, very similar to Shoporama down the street, good firm thin crust, good sauce, cheese, and lots of ground sausage. The bottom crust was not glazed like the other place though, but still very tasty. Just by judging by the steady flow of customers after the lunch rush, this pizza place is here to stay!
