Anything else beside salads is not worth money… I don’t understand why, if you claim yourself as a healthy restaurant, is so difficult to cook fresh food… to explain– if I order chicken kabobs I want them fresh, right out of grill, not previously cooked and then just warmed up like I got…

The food is good, however the service is crap. The 2 girls working in front and the 1 working behind the counter were too involved with their conversation to tend to the customers. I’ve noticed this several times, the girls working seem to be more involved with their conversation then tending to customers, as I call in for carry out to feed the family almost once a week. Today I called in for carry out again, arrived, paid the bill and waited 20 minutes before approaching the counter to ask if my order was ready… the order was ready but they «completely forgot about it. so sorry! would you like a cookie?» was the response. I was one of 3 people in there. If I wasn’t so irritated I would have loved to speak to manager.
So if you can get past the consistent crap service the food is good… I think our family will be giving this location a break.

We used to go to Zoe’s a lot. The salads are huge (usually enough for leftovers), and the chicken dinners have also been good
But the last time we went, the chicken noodle soup was so salty, you never wanted a second spoonful
For the most part, Zoe’s is a good value, and mostly good food. But we haven’t been back since the the night we got bad soup and tepid meals
Seems like now it’s hit or miss

Today, for the first time, I catered Zoes for an office meeting. I’m so glad I did!!! The food was on time, warm, carefully packed. My experience started when I called the store to enquirer about the catering and Miguel Benitez guided me and helped me choose what was the right thing for my group. Miguel told me what amount to order and he was 100% accurate. When my order was about to leave the store, Miguel called to advised that the driver was on his way and how long it would take for them to arrive. Food was here on time and it was delicious! Normally I visit this store with my family and I’ll make Zoes one of my top choices for office catering. Thank you Miguel and Zoes for making me look like a rock star!!!

Back at Zoe’s during another trip to Blick. Once again, the food was tasty and well-​prepared but the absolute disregard for the basic rules of sanitation and food safety were seriously off-​putting.
This time, a bare-​handed employee removed our (finished) plates, scraped the detritus into the trash with his hands, then grabbed the garbage bag, tied it off and disappeared into the back with the trash. He returned, still ungloved, and proceeded to fill the silverware holders and the lemon slice cup. Finally, he walked to the counter and took an order, handling the money, still without gloves and without any attempt to wash his hands. He then disappeared into the kitchen.
Similarly, during a dinner, a female employee went from taking orders and money directly to handling food plates, delivering them to customers.

If I could give this place more stars I would! I was new to Zoe’s as of a few weeks ago, and let me tell you I have been Obsessed ever since! The food is so fresh and healthy and the staff is so friendly! Service is super fast also, not one bad thing to say!

A great place to go for healthier options. The employees here are also very nice and attentive. The hummus is really good and I always get a wheat pita sandwich. The menu has something for everyone and they have a rewards program you can sign up and get free things.

The veggie kabob was delicious, as was the bean soup and salad. I think it’s great that places like this exist as an affordable alternative to all the heart attack factories our there. The ambiance is generic strip mall fast food, but that’s where the resemblance ends.

Ordered dinner for 4 for takeout on a Sunday evening. When we got home we realized we received 4 kids meals vs. our 2 entrees and 2 kids meals. The resturant had since closed, so I sent an email to zoes corporate. Received response the next day asking for photo of receipt and location of store, which I sent. Sent 3 follow up emails and never received a response. Horrible customer service.

Great fresh food I had the chicken kabobs and the food had a lot of flavor. Also great portion sizes at a VERY affordable price. Clean and well-​lit modern atmosphere.
Will definitely check this place out again for a cheap dinner out!

Food was excellent! Customer service was great as well. You can tell everything was freshly made and wasn’t thrown together. Manager was involved every step of the way. Plenty of food options for anyone that has certain diet options.

I had the opportunity to eat at Zoe’s today. I have heard my wife talk about it. I was very pleased with the food, service and cleanliness of the store. The staff was very nice and helped me navigate through there menu. I chose the grilled pimento cheese and braised white beans. Great food!

I have been to Zoe’s several times all of which have been fantastic. Great food, very flavorful. Regretfully, this past visit left me very disappointed, so much so I just did not bother to complain. My favorite menu item has been the steak kabob, and this time, the meat was so fatty, I simply could not eat it ! Thank goodness, they made a mistake with my wife’s order and gave her a chicken kabob (when she ordered a steak kabob), which was actually pretty good.

Excellent food. Vegan, gluten free & healthy meat meals. I love the kabobs and salads. Also, enjoy the tomato soup & hummus! The meal for four is nice to-​go, when I am running late from work.

Went there a few weeks ago and Gary helped me. He was so great. His recommendations were spot on and he really helped me understand the menu. He was always smiling and made me feel so welcome. I’ll return over and over again for service like that!
