Horrible service, dirty restaurant, and old cold food:(I love Wendy’s but will NEVER go here again!!!

First off, this Wendy’s doesn’t have good reviews and let’s be honest, most people only review bad experiences. To start, I went to the bathroom first, and it was surprisingly clean and smelled good. Next, I was greeted at the counter by a friendly guy ready to take my order. He listened well and was very nice, giving a «yes sir» to my order and requests. Fast service with good and hot food. He even told me to have a great day as I was leaving. Good experience.

This is the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to in the drive thru line for about 15 minutes blocked in couldn’t get out the people are nasty the restaurant is dirty stay away from this Wendy’s it is disgusting.

Very slow service. The food is typical Wendy’s. Nothing too special. Don’t come here for lunch if you’re in a rush.

They changed the prices and didn’t change on the drive thru. The Manager was rude and wanted to argue with me about it. NOT good customer service. Won’t be back, The cashier had no clue. Seriously, it’s dealing with money and people. Small chili when up to $ 2.02. I gave her a quarter and she asked if I wanted change??? Really…
They need some customer service lessons from corporate or I could teach them!

Agree about unpredictable service. Always get the feeling like I’m interrupting them by coming in and placing an order. It’s convenient, which is why we occasionally stop here.

Horrible! Dirty, order wrong, took forever. Understaffed, big time. At the counter there was this big Gross mud puddle on the floor, (see photo) in the bathroom there was a huge water spill of gross water on the floor with a dead roach in it and several flies (the flies were alive). (My child refused to use the bathroom)
For my salad (to go) they included dressing in little plastic cups in the bag, which dumped all over order in the bag and they got order wrong (forgot one frosty).
They were out of lids for small cups, so could not even leave until getting guy behind counter to hand me a lid.
From walk-​in time to walk out took OVER 25 minutes for one sandwich, two pre-​made salads and one order fries! This was afternoon on a Saturday, hardly a peak time. Under the cracked plexiglass frame is their 97 Health grade rating… not sure how they scored that high.
Avoid this Wendy’s like the plague, sorry Dave!

The service here is unpredictable. One moment it’s good next time its poor. The staff does not wipe the tables and drink areas well. They also are not too friendly. I have had good experiences here but it’s mixed reviews.
