Employees are very friendly.
Employees are brand new, so they aren’t ready for customers that need alot of help. If you meed that much help, got to Whole Foods and pay 2x for the same quality groceries. Both have great wuality, but they are two different types of stores.

Horrible Customer Service.
I was in line to pay. One cashier had just put up a sign reading closed. She finished up with her customer, the she walked right by all of us and started to read labels on juice bottles before she just waked off leaving all of us having to wait another 5 minutes.
No wonder I like that smaller Publix at Hwy 92 & Old Mountain Park Rd.

What happened to their basic brand standards? I was initially excited that this one opened so close to home. We’ve been in here at least half dozen times. Customer service has a LONG way to go! Employees have no clue — we asked for their butcher department to take a whole prime beef tenderloin and slice it into steaks — as we have many times in past at other Fresh Market — only problem is the butcher did not remove the silver lining on my sliced fillet mignon — when I asked him about it, he started to argue and get defensive. We asked the deli department for their low-​sodium turkey breast — they told us they do not carry any — They actually do and I have to point what they carry every time. On top of all this — no one ever says hello or offers to help /​the place is usually really dead — I question the freshness and quality — I will chalk it up to a new location and basic employee training — won’t return here for again, at least for next several months.

Love it, great atmosphere and the whole;) store smells amazing! The only problem I have with this location is every time I’ve dropped by so far (10 times?) most of the brewed coffees have been empty. This wouldn’t be a big thing but, the amazing flavored coffee is one of the main reasons I shop here.

Finally! Finally The Fresh Market has opened in my neighborhood and I couldn’t be happier. This Fresh Market is larger than the one I used to have to hump to on Johnson’s Ferry and it appears to have more of a selection. I find myself wandering around in the bakery, trying to decide on which breads I need to have. I keep telling myself to exercise some self-​control. It’s fresh bread… you cannot keep it for more than a couple of days… the market is in the neighborhood, so you can come get more anytime… The struggle is real!
I love the fact that this place opens at 8AM, so I can get in, get my grub, and be on the couch when football starts. As with all FMs, this place is a veritable cornucopia of goodness. From the applewood smoked bacon, to the hot dogs, to the prepared food, to the fresh veggies, everything is excellent.
