We made an agreement on June 21st for a tub-​to-​shower conversion using heavy-​glass enclosure. They started on July 21st and should have been finished by July 24th. First of all, they «misunderstood» that we wanted heavy-​glass and tried to use cheap thin glass with chrome trimming. (It was more like an attempt to up-​sell/​bait-​and-​switch.) They then swapped out to the heavy-​glass, but did such a poor job on the entire job (panels cracked, caulking sloppy, glass panels not joined properly) that they had to come back and re-​do almost everything. Finally over a month later they finished, but still expected almost full payment. (They state that the heavy glass was so expensive that they already lost money.)
