Other places much better in this town to go to than this one. Everything is just average. The food was decent nothing special and bland. Service was okay not the greatest. Atmosphere is okay. Sitting on the patio during the warmer part of the year is nice though.

This was a stop for us on the way to Colorado and it was well worth the stop! I ordered the chile rellenos and they were amazing! This is a great stop if you like spicy food too. I got the hot green sauce to top my peppers and it was not only spicy bit flavorful! The service was great and prompt as well.

This place is pretty good. They have gluten free options and the wait staff seemed pretty friendly. This is a great place to take kids too which for us is always a good thing. I guess if there was anything I think could be improved is that it took about 30 minutes for the food to come out and the kids were getting a bit antsy. Also, more vegetarian options would be nice. Overall though, nice place we would go again.

Save your self some money. The beans were plain and had no flavor, the rice was instant… I’m not kidding. The Fajitas were slim on meat and high on vegetables, and also really plain. We had two margarita’s that were mediocre ATBEST. All the food was plain and unseasoned. The only good thing we had was the pot stickers… which didn’t go with the menu at all but actually had flavor. I was really disappointed and won’t be going back. SKIPIT

We were passing through on vacation. But we will be back again. And yes it was our first time there.

GROSS. The«beans» were sitting in little bowls of pretty much what seemed like the water they come in out of the can. It was literally like someone poured the beans out of the can without draining them and then put them in the microwave. Our food came out late, the waitress apologized saying something was wrong with the printer, but then when it came out it was barely warm. The fajitas were cold where you’d expect them to come out sizzling. No hot sauce on the table at a restaurant called Peppers doesn’t really make sense to me. Is this a Mexican food establishment? We wanted Mexican and this place looked like Mexican from the outside, but the menu was only like 1⁄5 Mexican options. The menu seems to be a random conglomeration of randomness. No seriously, I couldn’t figure it out. Waitresses arguing at the computer right behind my seat was not what I want to hear while I eat. Reading past reviews it seems several people have mentioned that watery can beans and cold«fajitas». Why not fix the problem?

Before looking for aliens we needed food so stopped in here. I heard they had a gluten free menu and they did. My kids got kids meals they loved the pb&j sandwich and chicken tenders. My husband had a burger and fries he liked his, I had a California burger well done, gluten free no bun. I loved my burger! My salad was blah just romaine and s tomato, but the waitress was great super friendly and the hostess was very friendly too. She directed us to alien zone to take pics. Glad we went! I recommend the burger.

The patio was fun and the $ 3 Monday margaritas were ok… the chips and salsa were good. I enjoyed the green chili stew. The mild green chili sauce on the enchiladas was tasty. Service was a bit slow for 330 in the afternoon and no other customers hence the 3 stars.

After visiting the International UFO Museum Peppers was recommended by a local. A brisk walk about ½ mile from the museum. Nicer place than expected with prompt friendly service. Free seasoned chips and salsa are generous in size. We ordered a burger and the enchilada plate with an extra chili relleno with the hot green sauce. WOW, the hot is really HoT! But delicious. The reline had a bit too heavy of a batter but honestly the food was very good. Our waitress was as sweet and attentive as could be.

There is a reason this is one of the most crowded spots at lunch and dinner in Roswell — the authentic New Mexican food! Adam and Neil treat all their customers like family. They make a point to genuinely greet their customers to see how they are doing.

Stopped in for a steak while traveling for work, can’t say enough about it. Fantastic Ribeye steak. Just enough seasoning with a fully stocked bar to compliment it!

Alien out of body experience. Wow! Not only was the food especially good, the steak sauce, cognac au poivre sauce, the manager and chef yes a real chef came out to chat and the place was busy. Traveling we do not do the«franchise» restaurants but always look where the locals go and this was a hit. Loved the big TVs, the service, and the amnience. We did not see any unusual aliens but my order came out as fast as the food simulator on Star Ship Enterprise.

I get the Mojito Chicken salad with chipotle ranch every time I am here. That’s really saying something because I don’t get the same thing every time anywhere I go, not even Starbucks. It’s a delicious salad. Peppers is a good place to run into at least a few people you know if you’re a local. Great marg selection, too.

Pepper’s has pretty good Green Chilie. They offer FREE chips & salsa with a food order, The home-made«seasoned» chips are super & the home-made salsa is spicy … some of the best I have ever tasted. Unfortunately, the service rates a «Run-A-Way Bill» BLAH rating !! (This review was based on a visit made on November 20, 2014 at 3:10pm)

I went to Peppers in the afternoon back in April and during that time, the Women’s restrooms were out of order. They had a Porto-Potty in the front of the restaurant for women to use. Yeah, I’m NOT joking. We decided to go in anyway. We sat at the bar and decided to just try appetizers and drinks. The margaritas are great. They are much better on the rocks than frozen. I will come back just for the margaritas. We ordered the spicy chicken nachos. The chicken tasted old and dry. But what really saved this dish was the AMAZING green sauce! This green chile sauce was spicy hot and so delicious we gobbled up that whole plate of nachos despite the dry chicken. I give them 3 stars because I think I may have hit them on a bad day. I will try dinner and order something with that delicious green sauce next time. And margaritas, definitely the margaritas.
