Peach State Pool Service

Unbelievable. We cancelled this pool service in mid May from lack of service. We have a salt water pool and they put chlorine in it. Horrible service as well with no communication what so ever. That’s fine if you can’t fix it when you promise but at least communicate that to your customers.

Peach State and its entire team of owners and service professionals are second to none. They take a true ownership of their customers concerns and issues. They communicate very well and follow-​up in a most professional manner. Equally important, they are true experts in the work they do while keeping their prices very reasonable. I have gotten to a point after three years of service where I never question what they do knowing they do the right thing. I highly recommend Peach State Pool Service and Repair.

We are new to pool ownership. Decided to trust reviews to find a service to help us open pool for first time. Called and spoke to Mark. He said he’d send techs out. They came on a Friday and promised to be back Saturday or Monday to finish the service. I called Tues as they hadn’t been back. Mark was not apologetic or helpful. They came back but still didn’t fix a broken apparatus. I called again. They didn’t come. We were able to fix on our own, but when I called to express dismay at their level of service Mark never apologized and seemed completely unconcerned. I mentioned that they hadn’t fixed the issue and he said he had a Tech coming back out then. I said we’d already fixed it but had another item that needed attention. He didn’t ask what. He didn’t say, «Oh good! Let us prove to you what good service we can provide.» He barely seemed awake or interested in what we had issues with. NEVER AGAIN will I use this service. Techs are helpful and knowledgeable. Mark was unconcerned and less than helpful.
