I’ve tried every nail salon in the area, and this one is the best. Beautiful, new salon location next to Sprouts. I’ve been coming here for two years now because of the super friendly staff, such sweet owners, and great attention to detail. If there’s a mistake, they fix it, and they’ve treated me very well as a regular customer. I have never had a problem communicating, as others have mentioned. They have about 20 brand new massage chairs that really work. They have TONS of gel polish colors, but i recently switched to SNS nails. I’m a bartender, and my natural nails have NEVER been this long and strong. Never chips, breaks, or peels! As long as i live near here, this will be my nail salon.

Found this gem by my office and I love it! There is hardly a wait and they get me in and out in no time and normally on a lunch break! Quality is good too– pink and white nails last 2 – 3 weeks at a minimum!

This is a great experience. I will say that the language barrier is a tad frustrating, but I’ve found that at most nail salons in the area. The technicians are great and know their stuff. I’ve probably had 20+ mani/pedi plus eyebrows here, and I’ve never left disappointed. The color selection is good, and the menu options cover everything you want and more. The new location is very large with a lot more chairs. They’ve added a shoulder massage to the manicure which is very nice.

I’ve been going to Parisian for years(since before the current owners bought it) and have nothing but good to say about it. A few things have changed with the new ownership, but the level of service is always excellent and I’ve never gotten a bad pedi or mani there. I go once every 2 weeks and I always choose the Deluxe pedicure, which includes a fantastic hot stone massage. It’s nice to be recognized when I go in, appointment or not, and before I can even say what I want, they’re setting up a chair for me and getting the water hot, just the way I like it. Mostly I like to relax and read while I’m getting my toes done, and the staff there are really good about just letting me zone out instead of making conversation. They also know that I like a lot of firm pressure for the massage part of the pedi and I never have to ask them. I look forward to my bi-weekly pedis and can’t imagine going anywhere else. I also appreciate that they have free wifi for customers. Sometimes instead of reading a book I’ll spend the time catching up on blogs or news or FB. I’m looking forward to their move to the other side of the shopping center where they’ll have a larger, brighter space(although I’ll miss the convenience of them being right next door to Starbucks!)

The place itself was nice but it smells really strong of nail chemicals(made me nauseous) because the lack of ventilation. I asked if they could open the door to let some fresh air in and the rude lady who thinks she owns the place said no. I miss living in Buckhead with the high quality nail spas… where massages are included in the price and they can afford good ventilation. They’re opening a new location across the parking lot… hopefully they add good ventilation there. Oh… and the lady hurt me. I’ve been getting pedis for 17 years and no one has ever tried to cut the skin connecting my nail bed to my nail. WTF???

Horrible. I will never return. I asked for a gel that had a matching toenail color. I selected a color and reiterated that I wanted my nails to match my toes. My nails were completed and they started to put a different color on my toes. They then told me they didn’t have the same color. I walked out with no toenail polish and paid $ 50!

I visited this salon for the firs time this past Thursday(8÷21÷14). The décor was beautiful, and they have huge comfy massage chairs. I’m usually not a fan, but these I loved. My husband and I walked in without an appointment and were able to be seated right away. I was delightfully surprised at the presentation of the«menu». They actually have a menu(literally a menu) listing of their services with detailed descriptions and even have a kids menu! My pedicure went well. My husband and I both got the Lavender Pedicure which included a sugar scrub, massage, and a pleasant smelling cream(not lavender tho) which was rubbed on and wrapped with a hot towel. Very relaxing. We enjoyed polite chit chat from our pedicurists. While getting my feet done I decided to go ahead and get a manicure. I asked for another menu, and chose a diamond manicure. This is where my experience began to go down hill a little bit. A nail tech came over to my pedi chair after my feet were finished and placed my hands in a small glass dish. A pillow was put on my lap with a towel thrown over it. I had to lean awkwardly to one side to get both hands in the dish. She never spoke to me, no hello, hi or anything. When she began working on my hands, she did a very detailed job of cutting my cuticles. She then buffed my nails. I saw the route in which she was going and asked her«You’re doing the Diamond Manicure, right?» She nodded emphatically. After she was finished buffing, clipping and filing my nails, she extended her hand as if to ask for my polish. Confused, I asked to see the menu again. It took me a while to realize that a lot of the girls did not speak English very well which made it difficult for me to communicate what I wanted, so I wanted to point it out to her, but she didn’t understand that I as asking for a menu. I got up and got a menu and pointed to what I wanted. That’s when the manager intervened. She had me move to a manicure table and another young lady began the process. In the menu, a Diamond Manicure consists of applying a resin glue on to the nails and then dipping the nail in to diamond powder. via: This was the same text in their menu at the store. After my nails were refiled and rebuffed, she switched powders to a bright white powder, got her brush and asked if I liked my nails to be thick or thin. I replied thin and she began to apply the substance the traditional acrylic way. Not what I asked for… I wanted to correct her, but I was already made aware of the language barrier and my husband was waiting on me, so I just let it be. Once all nails were applied, she began filing the diamond acrylic. That’s when the manager came and took over, explaining to me that the girl was slow and she would do it for me quicker. I agreed, and quickly regretted it. In her haste the electronic abrasion filers swiped my fingers and cuticles more than a few times. The first time she apologized, every time after she joked and said I must have really delicate and sensitive skin. Now I do have sensitive skin, but I’ve been getting my nails done for YEARS. I am not new to the process at all. If you’re rushing, you will make a mistake and that’s precisely what happened. While she was filing, 3 other girls came over, and the manager was speaking very quickly in their native language. The only thing I could make out was«Diamond». I’m not sure if they were complaining about me or if the girls were being chastised. It made me feel bad either way and I was uncomfortable with the crowd. Once she had finished, she did take the time to use the«under nail cleaner tool» which I liked, but she only used it on 2 fingers. The acrylic was applied sloppily so there is a big blob under one of my pinky fingers, that neither technician could remove. Finally my nails were ready for polish. I opted to used the color I had on my toes and asked for one of the designs featured at the manicurists station. She asked if I wanted a gel polish, which I declined. I told her I wanted my nails polished with the color I chose and a gel coating cured on top. This is the way I’ve been going my nails for years. She looked confused and told me that they didn’t do that. When I asked why, she said that it wouldn’t last as long as if I’d gotten a gel polish. I explained that wasn’t my concern. I don’t do the gel for the lasting polish, I do it because when I get up I want to be done, no drying time. She went and explained to her manager who reported the same thing. I was getting frustrated. I am paying for a service and although I appreciate the concern, I’d rather you give me what I’m paying for rather than trying to press for a service that I don’t want. They finally agreed to do it my way. I want to stress that this isn’t a bad salon, but the language barrier was frustrating to say the least. I will return, hopefully with much less difficulty. Sorry for the length but I wanted to be detailed.

First time here. On the good side, there was no wait/able to walk in and immediately sat in a pedi chair. The salon was clean, techs wore gloves, and instruments were in a sterilized, individual packet. Prices are currently 20% off for their ‘grand opening’. Had the deluxe pedicure. They had someone clearly unexperienced start on my nails, and then the head person came and took over. I would’ve rather waited a few minutes than have someone unexperienced start. Once the head person took over, the pedicure was good, not great. Massage was ok, they do use hot stones and a hot towel wrap. They did not do a top coat, which is very unusual– this is something I’ve always received this even with a basic pedicure. Overall ok, but I have had better nearby and will probably stick with those places.

Taking the place of my all time favorite nail salon is Parisian Spa & Nails. They’ve been in business for three months and are currently offering 20% off. The ladies are polite and courteous, but very quiet. They are still remodeling and decorating so I hope they get some music going on soon. She did a great job with my nails, they are very pretty. I do miss my bossy nail technician who wouldn’t let me walk out with a bad color choice, but since the quality appears to be the same it’s all good and I will be back.
