Very disappointed by this location. They bought 31 items from me and only offered me $ 50. That’s less than $ 2 per item. Horrible payout, especially when several items were brand new with tags. I’m better off selling on ebay. Only reason I take it to consignment is because it’s faster and I need to make space in my home.

Great selection of childrens clothing but ABSOLUTELY horrible service from the STORE MANAGER. I went to drop off clothes for consignment and the manager assisted me. She had so much attitude, it was painful to watch. AND she did this to her staff as well… just get your stuff and get out. Don’t expect southern manners!

This was a bad experience for me in Once Upon a child’s defense this was the first time I have ever tried to sell my child’s clothes. So I choose all the name brand clothing my child no longer needs. I put them in a card board box gently. I grab a plastic box of dress up clothes it is Halloween in a few days after all. And I find a bag of my clothes my mother in law gave me that she won’ t be wearing. It is about 20 minutes from myself, I drop it off. They tell me they be able to buy them from me until around 2. So I pick out a few things. I did expect higher quality things like the kind of things I was dropping off.

Very pleasant experience at this one — MUCH better than the Kennesaw location. The store has a lot of room and a big selection. You don’t get much for what you sell to them, but I overlook that when I can walk out with a lot of items for my child at a fraction of the retail price. Would definitely shop here again!
