Awful. Would not recommend them at all. We used them for a cremation recently. They did the bare minimum. Guest book was supposed to have the name an information printed inside — — -nothing. They didn’t offer to deliver the ashes to the church, and 2 days later when I came to pick up the death certificate, they had no idea who I was. They even made me spell the last name, as if I had never been there. No personal service. In fact, the employees seemed devoid of any personality at all. Do not use Northside Chapel!!!

I know this place has been in business for a while and now i know why. We had a friends sisters service here, and it was very professional and clean and about as comforting as you could expect a funeral parlor to be. I attended the viewing here and the attendant was very accommodating. They let the family spreaed pictures all around the rooms and ha plenty of seating. The funeral was held Monday and again, very professional and smooth flowing. Its weird to give a grade to a funeral home., but for the ones ive been in this was a nice one.
