As a Southern Brazilian with many Portuguese roots, I can just say I felt at home. The food takes me back to my childhood during the Good Friday lunch in preparation for Easter. The Bacalhau a Gomes Sá, a salted Cod fish with sliced potatoes and olive oil is amazingly savory. The Arroz Doce, or Sweet Rice with a subtle touch of lime and topped with ground cinnamon is a must have for dessert while tasting a delicious Port Wine. The owners and staff are very courteous and love to talk. In my case is even better because we can talk in Portuguese. You gotta go to this place! This is now my top pick for when I want to have awesome food.

For a long time I had been craving a well made Portuguese dish. When my parents told me they found a place, I was super excited. I finally came and was not disappointed. The fish was cooked so well. My father had garlic pork ribs, and they were to die for! I had the cod fish with shrimp with cream, and every bite I had was perfection. Even the salad that came on the side was seasoned well. My mother had salmon, and my sister had a bistoque(which is basically meat, with an egg on top, with side of salad and rice), and like everything else, so delicious. Krespo’s has definitely become my new favorite restaurant.

First time here food was absolutely amazing their shrimp appetizer one of the best I’ve ever had mussels and cream sauce excellent their paella for the price it cannot be beat. They don’t have a liquor license so bring your own wine makes it nice save quite a bit of money

Being half-Portuguese I was really looking forward to trying this new Portuguese restaurant. We came here on a Saturday for dinner with high hopes and were not disappointed. We came to cod heaven. We started with pasteis de bacalhau(cod croquettes). The Portuguese chef prepared our delicious entrees to perfection: Bacalhau com natas(creamy cod), and Bacalhau à Gomes de Sá(cod cooked in olive oil with onions and potatoes). For dessert we had the Arroz doçe(milk rice) and Pudim Flan(pudding). Both tasted just like my grandmother used to make them. We recommend this place for authentic Portuguese food… or just simply delicious food!
