I normally don’t leave reviews, so when I leave one, it’s either REALLY good or bad. In this case, it was really GOOD! I was pleasantly surprised by how the friendly and service-​oriented Jamie and Katy (ask for them) are. It’s definitely no pressure and honest, and they only want to take care of the customer. I had a watch repair done here, and they did a phenomenal job! Thank you Jamie! If you want service, care and respect, Brilliant is the place to go for your jewelry needs. I will certainly be back.

My wedding band arrived today and it’s somehow better than I expected — even though I was very involved throughout the process. Amazing.

Hands down the most incredible place to buy engagement and wedding rings! Jamie worked with my fiancé remotely to design the engagement ring of my dreams. He sent my fiancé a wax molding of the ring once they finalized the design so he could see it in person and make sure it was perfect. We then met with Jamie in person to choose our wedding bands and had a wonderful experience working with him. He met with us for over 2 hours and truly took the time to listen to what we like, show us options, and help us design something beautiful for each of us. We never would have thought to make this exact style wedding band, had we not met with Jamie. Now we are getting the most perfect bands for us that we could have ever asked for. He also helped my fiancé find gorgeous diamond earrings to (hopefully!) give me on our wedding day. Definitely will be sending all of our friends here!

Jamie from Brilliant Atlanta truly is a «brilliant» craftsman. I brought him my grandmother’s wedding ring to reset it as a necklace. Jamie came up with a beautiful design and sent me a molding of what the necklace would ultimately look like to give me a good feel for the size and design. When I finally decided to move forward with the design, he kept me posted on the progress every step of the way. The result is gorgeous and I haven’t taken it off since.
Jamie and his wife Katie have made Brilliant Atlanta feel like an extension of their home; they are warm and inviting hosts, and the experience they provide makes me want to come back time again for a visit… and to see what shiny new goods they have. Jamie, Katie and Brilliant Atlanta are the best in town!

If I can give Jamie 100 stars, I would… and I’m the least easy-​to-​please person in the world!
Jamie is a saint to be as patient as he had been, whether in making my wedding bands or my engagement ring. I’ve sent both items back multiple times in order to get exactly what I want and Jamie never once made me feel like a pain in the tush customer that I am. All major jewelry pieces I’ll own from here-​on will be custom made by Jamie, if he’ll still have me as a client after all the pickiness he’s had to put up with!
Anyway, I’m a girl who knows exactly what I want and won’t settle for anything less! Jamie was able to give me exactly that. The wedding set is magnificent! I’ll post a photo soon as I get the professional version from my wedding photographer to show his amazing work.

Jamie (the jeweler at Brilliant Atlanta) was recommended to me by a close family friend, and he certainly lived up to the hype.
I shipped Jamie my Grandmother’s diamond to set in a new setting. He worked closely with me on customizing the new setting to be exactly as I described, and he did a fantastic job. I gave him a timeline, and he methodically worked with me to get it done in my timeline.
My fiancé is absolutely obsessed with the ring, it is the ring of her dreams.

As a fourth generation jeweler, designing beautiful pieces is in Jamie’s blood and it shows. He was able to take the ideas in my head and expertly transform them into a unique ring for my tenth anniversary. My husband and I both enjoyed the process and the time we spent with Jamie and Katie.

Exceptional artistry and service! Jamie totally transformed a pair of earrings intro a magnificent, one of a kind serpentine ring, and a pin into a spectacular bracelet that can also be worn as a necklace. He sent diagrams and kept me apprised every step of the way. All in all a «gem» of an experience. Highly recommend

But here are the details:
Having seen Jamie’s handy work for a few friends that had recent gotten engaged and married, I knew that the quality of the workmanship would be great, but the challenge, I thought, was that he was based in Atlanta and I was in San Francisco. Not so.
Our calls, which lead to Skype and FaceTime sessions throughout the design and even construction phase took away any concerns, got me deeply involved in the process and the results were amazing. In fact, I was completely at ease through what can, at times, be a pretty intense process, especially given the distance.
What was even more impressive is that he helped me nail the sizing of the ring and it fitted perfectly. Pretty impressive considering the situation.
Jamie completely understood what we were looking for (simple with a twist), created an exquisite engagement ring for my finance and since then has also made our wedding bands for our big day 2.5 months from now. He was completely consultative through the process, actively sort my input and we have created 3 great pieces… so far.
I couldn’t have asked for a more fun experience and can’t recommend these guys enough. Once you start working with Brilliant, you’ll be a client for life.

My fiancé and I were looking for his wedding band so we dropped in to Brilliant. Jamie and his wife were so helpful, kind and knowledgeable and were never pushy about selling us anything! This place has incredibly beautiful jewelry that is perfectly crafted and the owners are both genuine and wonderful! I would highly recommend this place to anyone after having so many negative experiences with other Jewelry stores. Nothing better than honest, genuine people that do excellent work!

Love love love Brilliant Atlanta!!! They have the most amazing jewelry for every price point. Jamie made me the most beautiful custom necklace with loose stones I had from my mother & grandmother, I get so many compliments every time I wear it. They have done so many gorgeous pieces for us. My daughter has an exquisite dainty diamond heart necklace that she loves and wears daily. Jamie & Katie are wonderful people with so much creativity and talent, I can’t say enough about them and their business. One word. Quality. Quality service and quality pieces. We came to the shop not really knowing what to expect and were absolutely blown away with the prices for such beautiful jewelry. Working with Jamie at Brilliant Atlanta was a dream on both my ring and my wife’s custom wedding/​engagement rings. He took our drawings, discussed our options and worked within our budget. He heard what was important to us in the design and not only offered advice, but also made sure that those features were incorporated. We would explain what we wanted and Jamie would put together a few different drawings. Then we would discuss what components we liked and what we wanted to alter. This happened a few times to make sure we had every detail perfect. Jamie’s main priority is creating a piece of art that YOU are head over heels for… he wants it perfect!
The completed rings were more beautiful than we ever imagined! Jamie’s turnaround time was also amazing. We happened to be out of state customers so the rings had to be shipped, which all went smoothly.

This is a wonderful family run business in the heart of historic Roswell! Their jewelry is unique and custom made. If you are walking around the area, you have to pop in to take a look around! They don’t pressure you to buy anything but are very helpful and genuinely want to get to know you as a person! Their approach to customer service is far above and beyond any other high end jewelry store I’ve been in.

My first experience at Brilliant was on the night of their Grand Opening party. My boyfriend and I were just walking around historic downtown Roswell and happened to see people enjoying themselves at Brilliant! We asked what was going on and were immediately invited inside. Within 2 minutes we were speaking to Jamie, the owner/​jeweler. He was so friendly and invited us to look around, drink some wine and enjoy the live music. He was genuine and very welcoming! We felt like we had just walked into a friend’s home and were treated with the highest level of hospitality!
I happened to fall in love with a gorgeous, unique ring! It’s a 2 carat cushion cut diamond framed with rose gold and a rose gold band. I think I tried it on about 10 times! Since a 2 carat diamond is out of our budget and I like a marquee cut diamond better Jamie said he could work with us to make a custom ring when it came time. He said anything is possible and he is there to please the customer!
My second time in the store I brought along a friend. Jamie and his wife were both in the store and greeted us with smiles. Jamie had remembered me and my boyfriend from the week before! Once again I was treated not as a customer, but as a friend.
If you are in the market for an engagement ring (or any unique jewelry) — forget about the large, impersonal stores and give a local business a try! From the moment I stepped through their door I became a huge fan of this little jewelry store! So glad I could be the first to review them!
