Bob’s Heating and Air

Bob serviced my HVAC unit. He was very responsive to all my calls. He charges were 100% reasonable and no hidden charges. Great guy and explained everything in detail about what should be fixed, what can wait, etc. I will definitely recommend him.

Called Bob on a Sunday not expecting any service until at the earliest on Monday. He came out within 30 mins of our conversation and repaired my AC unit. Bob was real helpful explaining the details of the issue and providing suggestions to avoid future problems. I would highly recommend Bob for any issues you have with your heating and cooling unit.

Bob was a hero to us! What seemed like a potential disaster was averted by Bob when he quickly narrowed down the problem and made his plan of attack. He found the issue in short order and our AC was back running again. His pricing was fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him immediately when we need anything for our heating or air. This business is all about customer service. Bob is a great guy who answers his calls promptly and gives fair price quotes on his work. His workmanship is a breath of fresh air, as most service providers in America have no accountability as they fall short in quality.
Bob is not the cheapest, but he does quality work at a fair price. And the real value equation is in his professional installations and his follow up customer service.
We recently had a dehumidifier installed, the price was fair and the install was clean, exceeding my expectations. There was a misunderstanding about the final price after work was done and Bob was paid. Bob was actually proactive in coming to a mutually agreeable outcome. Such honesty and professionalism are rare in the service industry.
I would highly recommend Bob’s Heating and Air for all of your HVAC work.

I know they have more reviews on Kudzu, but I use Unilocal.I called, and Bob came out immediately. I know he was here much longer than anticipated, but he stayed until it was done… and I had air again! He was very nice and professional. Some women may feel uncomfortable if home alone, but you would not feel that way with Bob. I thought his prices were very fair, and I plan to have him back out to replace an AC unit for me.
