Tom’s Farm is a great place for a family or group outing. They offer a variety of entertainment. You can reserve an area and have a bonfire. You can go through a corn maze. You can go on a hayride to a pumpkin patch and pick a pumpkin. They also sell larger pumpkins. There is plenty of space for kids to run and play. I’m really glad they have so much to offer. Kids spend so much time watching TV or playing video games. It’s nice to have something to do that takes kids outside for fresh air.

Fun local place to take the kids for a fall get together. Go early in October or they will run out of the better looking pumpkins in the patch. Bring bug spray because once that hay ride wagon stops, they feast. Book a bonfire area INADVANCE! We went there as a Cub Scout gathering and the boys enjoyed swinging on the rope, the playground, hay ride, corn maze(Haunted after dark! Bring flashlights). Bring a cooler with soft drinks, hot dogs & fixins and Smores stuff and you’re all set!

We went to a bonfire and payed $ 6 for a hayride and &6th to go in the corn maze. They told us they were charging $ 1 less for te hay ride because there was slim pickings on Pumpkins that were ‘free’ with the ride. In trinity, there were no orange pumpkins at all. We payed $ 24 for our family to ride to and from an empty patch. Most places have you pay for the pumpkin you pick rather than the transport out to the patch. The hay ride was truly a racket and waste of money and an enormous disappointment for kids. Second reason for low rating: there were big kids running around unsupervised by parents an grounds were not monitored by staff. Any kids were trampled in the corn maze and there were no staff to help the injured and scared children. We had adults in our group who had plates of food and drinks knocked over by tossed footballs and kids gone amok from kids with uninvolved adults. Next year, we plan to go to a pumpkin patch and pay for what we pick. There are more relaxing places to enjoy a bonfire with friends and family and we will review that park or not review that private property next year.

As far as local pumpkin patches go they get 5 stars for me. It is clean and great family atmosphere. They have animals and a hay ride to the patch to get your own pumpkins or they have a variety already at the farm stand… giant to tiny, white, red, green, orange… lots of varieties and colors to chose from! Along with other farm goodies, jams, jellies, in season fruit/veg, homemade this and that. There is a kid friendly corn maze and bon fires to enjoy too. This is a great place to have a fall party also!

I love Tom’s Farm… all that has been said about it in the previous reviews is all true except you can have bonfires and hayrides outside of October… just call them to book it!

Tom’s Farm is a bit out of the way for me, but it’s still a cool place for kids and families in the fall season. You can rent a section of the property and have your very own bonfire. Bring hot dogs or brats to cook over the fire while the kids play on the huge rope swing or on the nice-sized playground. There are also a few animals on the property that kids can visit. Tom’s also offers hayrides through the pumpkin patch where kids can pick out their very own pumpkin to take home. Great for parties!

A fun place to go in the fall. They have a corn maze, hay rides, and pumpkins. It’s only open in October. The best part about it is you can reserve private private bonfires. It’s perfect for a fall night– pack a cooler with hot dogs and«smore makings» and sit around the campfire.
