Only one register! Really? I’m not talking multiple closed registers and one cashier, I’m talking literally only one register! One of the strangest Burger King’s I ever been to. The line was building up for lunch and there was really just one register. I was looking around thinking perhaps there is another area or room with more registers and cashiers but apparently not! Anyway, I got the 2 for $ 5 deal. The mushroom swiss burger was okay. Doesn’t look very appetizing but it did the job. Looks a lot smaller in person compared to their commercials but they packed enough patties and mushrooms into it to call it fair. Verdict — Seriously, get a second register!

If you want service it’s faster to get it through the drive through then at the counter. Understand they were understaffed but having to stand and wait for more than 10 minutes and still not be serviced is ridiculous. When asked the response«I have to deal with the drive thru orders because I am being timed» is not what I call customer service. Poor management and insufficient staffing.

This Burger King is stellar. The Original Chicken Sandwich meal has been my go-to BK pick for YEARS. My new obsession is the Hershey pie(why, hello, where have you been all my life?). I visit the drive thru religiously. I’m also very impressed with the veggie burger offering at BK — always scrumptious. Ultimately, this BKNEVER fails me.
