just came from goodyear. i went there for a simple oil change. horrible experience with any oil change i’ve ever had!!! I also explained to the front desk cashier that I needed them to look at my heating system it was not getting hot. I had an appointment at 11 today (sunday). My boyfreind drove his car as they always take a very long time to do anything at this location. So we went to grab food and did a little shopping. after i was quoted an hr and a half. after 2 hours we returned for them to tell us it was going to be another 45 mins to look at my heating and cooling system. now over 3 hours i’m waiting. they said it costed 52 $ just to look at the heating system. so i said ok. then they said it needed to be flushed that was 120.00 $ and the problem would be fixed. Finally cars done after more then 4 hours and the problem was not fixed! they wanted me to pay close to 200 $. one of the mechanics then came out he barely spoke english and started to put his hands up and flaring his arms very hostile and unprofessional. they told us to return tomorrow and we would get half off the service. what service ??? the cashier calls the manager who then says we can get half off. we wanted to speak to the manager because he was on the phone, there was no manager on duty. and in any establishment you would think a manager would be on the premises. but not here. he did not want to speak with his customers, which any manager should address any situations with any customers. we got a refund and just paid for the oil change. they then told us we shouldn’t come back and they wouldn’t work on our vehicle. i laughed and said i didn’t plan on it. ***** this place is very unprofessional and doesn’t care about there customers! there very slow, and will take you for a ride will robbing you! spend you money elsewhere, plenty of places that will do oil changes and keep you happy****

Worst tire shop around mass. slow sloppy and don’t do the work… it took 1.5 hours to plug a nail in a tire… unacceptable

Not sure if these 1 star reviews have gone anywhere else. I have been to Firestone and ripped off at Sullivan Tire prior to finding this place. I have had tires replaced on multiple occasions and I was very happy all times. The pricing is unbeatable and service has been reasonably fast.
I will not use anyone else.

I made an appointment to change 4 tires on Friday @12pm, I got there @ 11:50pm, the guy took my keys n told me it will take an hour and maybe 15 more minutes if it needed an alignment, after an hour & 15 minute, I asked how longer should i wait, he told me they are just finishing up. I had another important appointment at 2:30pm and I was late, I asked what’s the point of appointments if I had to wait this long, I could’ve went home n came back later if I knew it will take this long, he said «if u have a doctor appointment, will u see him immediately or will you have to wait?» also said «Saturdays are busy, there were customers b4 u». Finally @ 2:25 i left the shop with my car.
This is not professional and would be my last time going to a Goodyear service center.

I go there and there is only one salesman on the floor helping a customer. The guy is finished asks me what I want said standard oil change I have a coupon. He goes to the technicians for doesn’t tell me why. He says it will be an hour granted I didn’t have an appointment. No problem. Then he starts to enter my info and another Co worker comes in and he asks him if he can finish entering my info because he runs to the back managers office to make a flipping phone call. The other guy is about to enter my correct info when he gets a personal call on the company phone. He apologized but that’s still not good enough in my mind. Then he completes my paperwork and then checks in the technician area and asks how long the wait will be? I explained the other guy said an hour and he still checks. He now says an hour and a half before they take car in and ½ hr to do oil change. He comes back out tells me to leave keys on counter. I sit down but then change my mind. I get to the counter and the same guy is now talking in Spanish on his personal call. It wasn’t a customer I know the difference. I told him I changed my mind he pointed his finger up to say one moment. Be didn’t put his call on hold. He finished it hung up went to the back to get my keys a total of 5 min just to get my keys. I will never go there again !!!

I had my car towed here this past Saturday, arriving at 7PM. They were closing but a quick look and I was told I would need a brake switch. I was also told it might be tough to track one down on Sunday, which I understood.
Sunday comes, they are open 9 – 4. I wait til noon to call and am told their mechanic is not there, they will get back to me. I call again at 2:45, I’m told it’s being checked. I doubt that. I call shortly before 4, go right to «all our associates are busy», I hold 10 minutes and leave a msg. I then headed down there, everyone gone. Today, Monday… 3:18pm and not a call from this repair shop. Beyond horrible customer service. A brake switch is an inexpensive part and a 10 minute swap.
Additional info– ¹⁰⁄₂₆: So I called and miraculously the part had arrived 10 minutes ago. I was asked to call back in 45 minutes. I said, well I know the replacement is a quick swap, but was told the mechanic is working on something else. When I called, the car was ready.
Now we get to the charges! The bill had a $ 99 diagnostic charge. I was told 5 minutes after arriving it was a brake switch. It also had a $ 99 labor charge. Each of these represent 1 hr of time. Posted at their desk is $ 49.50 per half hour. At minimum, I was overcharged $ 99, assuming they have a ½ hr minimum requirement, which I did not see. So the matter is far from done. Stay away from this shop!
Final follow up– after several email exchanges with the manager, he agree to reimburse me $ 148.50. Only fair to also report his responsiveness to the matter.

I used to cook for this girl every day for like two years, and she’d complain about the meals I made like a spoiled little brat. I’ve learned my lesson, and don’t accept it when I’m not appreciated anymore. This place demonstrated their disrespect for my dollaz twice, shame on me. The first time, I had an appointment to get new tires put on at 3pm. I ditched work early and showed up on time. A fellow informed me that a piece of machinery broke the other day and they wouldn’t be able to put my tires on until the replacement came in. Thanks for not calling to let me know. My time isn’t important or anything. Against my better judgment, I rescheduled the installation for a Friday that I planned on taking off anyway. I scheduled the appointment for 2pm and hoped for the best. I arrived at 1:30, and asked if they wanted to take me a little early. Needless to say, they had no record of my appointment and were backed up. They said I could leave my car and hang around until 4, and maybe they’d get to it. What fun! I could have hung around a tire shop for at least 2 and a half hours, with no guarantee they’d even get to me, but decided to take my business elsewhere. I loaded my tires into my back seat (by myself) and have a real appointment at my trusted mechanic’s place next week. He won’t complain that I have fresh baked bread and turkey chili on the table for him when he gets home because «that’s not what [he] wanted.» He’ll gladly take the cash I dole out for the install, balance and alignment, thank me for it, and maybe even put out afterward. Okay, that last part probably isn’t true and I’m really ok with that.
