Drivers don’t know where they’re going, I love 5 minutes down the street, they can’t enter it correctly into their gps.

This must be one of the worst delivery places ever! I order here frequently but I’m going to stop ordering here. If you or ur family are hungry don’t order here you will wait over an hour for delivery and you better pray to the lords it’s not burnt or cold! Place sucks ass. God luck

Extremely poor and inconsistent delivery times. Latest example was when we ordered online and 40 minutes after the delivery time we called and they said their driver was stuck in the parking lot. When asked why they hadn’t called, no answer was given. Nothing beats a toddler waiting 40 minutes waiting for pizza! Stick to the local chains.

I ordered two pizzas. Both were burned and extra crispy, both we’re cold by the time I got them. Also, needed a couple dollars change… The driver had no change at all so not only did I get bad pizza but the driver got a «nice» tip on top of the $ 3 delivery fee. I have ordered from dominoes several times and it was ok for the price, but I won’t be ordering from there again in the future.

Worst pizza experience of my life happened just thirty minutes ago after ordering from this Domino’s. After almost two hours of waiting for the pizza to arrive, and multiple phone calls, the pizza arrived. It was cold, crusty, and absolutely subpar. Not only that, one of the two pizzas we ordered was made incorrectly. After trying to call the store, the employee who answered hung up after complaining. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I’ve started getting take-out from this location on an occasional Friday evening. My kids love this pizza. For me, Dominos is it’s own category of pizza, not to be compared with other pizza(which I tend to prefe– oops, I just compared it!). This location is nice. The staff is friendly and my food has always been ready on time. There’s a big chalk board for the kids to write on while we wait, and there’s a special built-in step from which they can view the pizza-making process. And no one complains when they jump off that step. Over and over. Great for what it is!

This is the only domino’s that delivers in my area. So, I am stuck with it. I have no complaints as far as the pizza is concerned, but their delivery sucks big time. Invariably, I have to call them up after about an hour and ask what happened? Pizza is eventually delivered cold or barely warm. They have a standard excuse every time that they are extremely busy and their driver had just left with a big load of pizzas to deliver. I would order from someplace else, if I had an option in the area.

When this domino’s opened, it wasn’t half bad. But as time passed the quality has gotten worse and worse. The last 3 times I ordered the delivery guy forgot part of my order. And each time was told it would be credited to my account and it never was. I swear by grub hub so whenever I’m in the mood for some pizza I go through them. Don’t trust these people, they suck. They’ll take your money but you won’t get your order

In terms of pure food quality, Dominos could probably grab 4/4.5 stars from me. The food is consistently good and I order from them fairly often. The problem with this Domino store is the unreliability. Every time I order something, it feels like a 50⁄50 toss up as to whether I’ll receive my food within a reasonable time. I can think of at least 6 – 10 occasions where it took over 90 minutes to receive what I ordered and then when I called to speak with someone about it, they act like I’m the unreasonable one. No one should wait that long for a pizza. Also, their prices have gone up lately. A $ 3.00 delivery charge? Totally way too much. And the prices in the Dedham store are significantly cheaper but unfortunately they don’t deliver. This place has a lot of potential but they have got to get better customer service.

I wish I can give this place a zero. Worst customer service ever! Every SINGLE time I ordered for delivery, something would be missing. Usually sauces, especially ones I already paid extra for. It happens every single time. One time the order was over an hour late, we received the pizza cold and missing few sauces. We called Domino’s because we were furious, and got«someone» on the phone saying«So what your pizza was cold? So what you didn’t get the sauce?» It was so ridiculous that I thought someone was playing a joke. Turns out that this person wasn’t the manager like he claimed to be. When we called back, the manager answered and was deeply apologetic. Needless to say, we will never order from here again.

So I literally live 4 minutes away from this Dominos according to Google Maps. I called them to order delivery, and they refused to deliver to me because I am «out of their area.» I clearly explained to the manager that I live 4 minutes away, and I even gave her directions(which involve making 3 turns). She was very rude and unaccommodating, and I would avoid this place just because of their poor service. This type of business practice should not be rewarded.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. On 1 occasion the order was late, & it arrived with only my sides, & not the pizza. I can see forgetting/missing some breadsticks, but not quite sure how you can forget the pizza on an order. The driver went back for the pizza, which was cold when it arrived, and no one ever apologized. When I called to check and see if the driver was on his way back, the person I spoke to sounded dazed & disorganized. My kids were insisting on Dominoes for our special Friday movie night, so this time I made sure to give myself extra time so the delivery would be here when my kids got home from school. The Seamless app said 30 – 45 minutes. Over an hour after placing the order, it had not arrived. I called and a very unprofessional sounding worker answered. He checked on my order & said it would be an additional 35 – 40 minutes(it had already been over an hour). He said«The online orders don’t know we’re busy so they don’t have the right times.» Um, okay. So I asked to speak with his manager. He took several moments & then said, «um sure fine.» He placed me on hold & after 5 minutes I was disconnected. I called back, was placed on hold again, & was again disconnected. I called back AGAIN, asked to speak with the manager, & honestly could not believe the man who I talked to was a manager. He had zero customer service skills. He was finally able to tell me my order was never received. This was nearly an hour & a half after placing my order, & after a previous employee apparently pretended to look up my order & quoted me an estimated delivery time. The manager did not have an explanation for me. He actually didn’t even have an apology until I asked for one. He offered to send out a free order, but told me it would likely take more than an hour. So we got in the car — with two really tired and hungry kids — & went to Papa Ginos. When we finished eating, my kids went up to the counter& said, «This is way better than Domino’s.»

I generally wouldn’t bother reviewing something as universally-similar-no-matter-you-go as Domino’s, but I was drunk and it was late Saturday night and they delivered and it was good, or maybe I was drunk, either way, I was grateful. The delivery guy had one of those blue tooth things in his ear and was wearing slacks. Who knows, he might have had on a tie under his domino’s jacket. A real mover, that one!
