Great service. The crew here has come a long way. Thanks to George, who took care of every detail and made sure I was well informed on the changes I was making, my visit was pleasant. There were no pushy sales people trying to sell unneeded items. Everyone was nice and let us browse at our leisure, but the minute we had a question, someone was available to answer it. Good job.

Came here to purchase the iPhone 4s on the day of the launch. I had already driven to two other stores who hadn’t yet had them when I found out that the roslindale location had them. I wasn’t thrilled to be standing outside, but I missed the waiting in line part and waited patiently. Surprisingly this process only took about 30 minutes which was perfect because I had work to get to at 10:15 that morning. I was talking to one of the managers Jose about the phone and he was so kind and gave me a great bundle package on a few things. I work in customer service and I know how hard it must be for the employees to stay patient and considerate on business days like this. But every employee I spoke with at this store was super friendly and willing to help. However Jose deserves special recognition because he was talking to me as I was all hyped up and anxious and turned me on to a great case and iHome and was able to transport all my contacts. He also gave me his card in case I needed anything or had any trouble. That’s a sign of great customer service, and a sign of caring. It’s not always easy to find people who care in this industry even though its our job, so props to Jose for doing his job and going above and beyond because I’m still amazed a week later! =)

Came in here to activate a phone that a friend was lending me to replace my lost phone. I didn’t have to wait at all as there was no line. The salesperson was really helpful and had me set up in about 15 – 20 minutes. He gave me advice about trying to get back my lost phone if it’s ever reactivated on another account. I’d come here again if I had more phone issues.
Plenty of parking in the lot as it’s located in sort of a strip mall.

I was here about a month ago. The salesman was very helpful and gave me a good deal on the phone I was looking at (the Samsung Captivate).

This place sucks! I went in today to buy a phone charger for my car. The place was packed. I was made to sign in by the scrawny security guard. I found the car charger that I needed and proceeded to the check out counter. I big fat woman that looked like Mo’Nique came over to yell at me because she had been waiting for service. Blah, blah, blah! I took the car charger to the person manning the check out counter and she told me that I would have to wait to be called. What?! Are you f*cking kidding me?! What kind of bullsh*t is that?! I just want to buy a car charger! I don’t want to pay my bill, change my service, buy a pre-​paid phone, buy a new phone, change my address or any of that sh*t! I simply wanted to buy a freaking car charger! The transaction should’ve taken about 30 seconds. Grrr…
