Joe and his assistant were totally un trustful when they offered to me to fix the Driver side window regulator of my car for $ 640 ($ 500 for parts + $ 140 for labor) while I found the parts in eBay by just $ 95, but friend of mine gave me advise to go a specific junkyard and I found them just for $ 75 and in the weekend my cousin and I fixed the Driver side window regulator in 2 hours.
I totally do not recommend any buddy to go there. Simply, they are money hungers.

He even recommended some insurance providers since my current provider had bad terms for glass repair.
I gave him wrong information on the color of the tint of the window being replaced (despite him being thorough in asking me the color when we first spoke). So when he showed up the first time, he did all the prep work and then came back the following day once he had the correct part. He refused to charge me extra even though my error created extra work and travel time for him.
I would absolutely recommend All Hours Auto Glass to anyone who needs auto glass repair. Joe made me feel that my business was valued. He also made me feel at ease that he would quickly and properly handle the job, which was huge since I was scrambling around trying to replace the contents of my car that were stolen before i had to leave the state to go home for the holidays. All Hours Auto Glass is a local family operated company, and it shows in their service.
They also do repairs on windows that are not working properly (door windows that do not go up and down correctly). I wish I had found them earlier. I had an issue earlier in the year with a window falling off its track. The mechanic that I used at the time (who claimed to be an expert on my car’s make) charged me two hours for labor to take the door on and off, Joe was able to do so in half the time.
