Xavier = Douchebag customer service rep.
Zero communication skill, Attitude Problems. One thing this rep must understand is, customer are paying for the products and they are not giving it away free. You are Not doing people favor, people are doing favor to you because they buy product from you, so Learn how to respect people, and Start to be friendly.
, sold products much cheaper ($ 18 bucks cheaper) with 1 business day free shipping, the only reason I came because I could not get the product on time within the weekend, so I chose to try this location even though they were expensive, I needed it right away. This would be my last time to spend over $ 150, no more business for you guys.
But this douchebag customer service, I would never shop at this location again, will go back to
next time.

Woooooow. This review is for the manager with the black hair that was working earlier today — not vitamin shop.
My boyfriend went to vitamin shop off of E Roseville parkway today and tried to return two products that he had just bought because he tried them (like the employee at the time had suggested) and he ended up having an allergic reaction to them — which was totally not the employees fault because they had no idea that he would have an allergic reaction… BUUUT the manager today (a woman with black hair) decided that she was going to try to avoid the return by telling my boyfriend that he did not have an allergic reaction and that he should have known that he should not have mixed the two products. This is absurd because one of her employees specifically suggested mixing the two products (I was present for the suggestion)!!
We both love this vitamin shop which is why I didn’t have the heart to give it less than two stars. The employees are all friendly, knowledgable, and professional — with the exception of the manager.
The manager was rude, argued with my boyfriend — telling him he did not have an allergic reaction (when he definitely did), and talked down to him when it was one of her employees who had suggested mixing the two products.
You should definitely go to this vitamin shop just maybe steer clear of the manager — she’s awful — especially if you have an issue.

Guys at counter were very friendly and helpful. Even though I’m not some buffed out guy, they didn’t look down on me as a customer. On top they talked about the product I bought along with some flavors that were coming out as well. I live closer to a different location, but I’ll be coming here from now on. Thanks!

Just heading this vitamins store last week. It was a decent place to shop for energy bar, protein drinks and etc… A lot of brands and varieties to choose from. The sales person are very knowledgeable and friendly. I got lot of tips from the first visit. Great place to enrich your workout and diet knowledge.

Best place to get what your body needs. Knowledgable associates to help u get where u want to be. Keep up great work guys.

Been looking for a local supplement store and finally found it here. These guys not only know about the products they sell but they use them too. Every time I go in they have suggestions and never try to sell you the «popular» stuff just because everyone else is using it. They find out what your goals and needs are and make suggestions appropriately. I found a new pre workout and protein that I LOVE and I normally wouldn’t have tried it.
Another kicker for me is that these guys actually lift and some compete in different types of contests. How many times have we all gone into a GNC to find someone who, doesn’t seem to live the life style or seem that they themselves use the products, to have them suggest some product that doesn’t fit your goals. I’m not saying you gave to look the part to know your stuff. I’m saying I want to know you actually use the product you are selling me! Not just read up on it! They will even tell you noy to buy something if it doesn’t fit your needs, taste gross or just doesn’t work.
This is the spot to shop at! At least stop in and chat with them.
