Not impressed. They said it would take a week to fix our filter and it’s been over a month. We called after a couple weeks and they said they were very busy and needed longer and would call us when done. So we waited a couple more weeks and then called again. At this point we were told our part had been fixed days ago and they were waiting to hear from us! Ugh! Why would they be waiting to hear from us?! Then Bill, the owner said they would be out THAT day to fix it. Nope, took them 3 more days to come out.

Not a very satisfied customer. It was not a good experience at all. We were working with Bill the owner. He stated it would take 2 to 3 weeks it actually took about two months. We had to call Bill at every turn. The crane they ordered was too small so they had to get another crane. Everything Bill promised us did not happen. We were so stressed out during the whole process we called corporate office and was treated so rude by Their rep! We even wrote a letter to the CEO and never got a response. We paid a lot of money and did not get what we wanted. And basically were called liars! We paid them up front 26,000.00 dollars and they had the nerve to tell us we had a balance of 2100.00. That we paid when they finally finished two months later. We wanted in ground but we’re told they couldn’t do inground. That’s not what their website states. It doesn’t look like anything in their catalog either. We were lied too more then once! Bill recommended the landscape man. He said he worked with him. The truth he never worked with him. Bill also stated that he would supervise the work, take photos and even make a photo album! That never happened! He came to our house around four times two of those times were to collect money. So unhappy with our whole experience. A nightmare to say the least! Never even got a thank you for purchasing the spa!!!

I visited the Spa Doctor looking to get more information on pricing/options after visiting a few other spa stores. I was immediately put at ease when Bill showed me around his showroom, explaining various models and what he thought would work best for me. The Spa Doctor seemed to have the best selection of inventory compared to other competitors and his level of service was unbeatable. I’m a customer for life!

We purchased our spa from the Spa Doctor a year ago. I can’t say enough about how well we’ve been treated by this firm. When we initially filled the tub, there was a chemical imbalance we were not able to correct. Bill sent his crew over immediately to correct the situation. We had a recent pump problem. The service dept. was out the next morning and determined that we needed a new pump. We had a new pump installed under the warranty that afternoon. I would recommend this firm to anyone looking for a hot tub.

These guys are great. They stand behind their product 100%. We purchased our spa from The Spa Doctor a little less than a year ago. We looked at many other spas and other spa sellers, and fortunately for us, selected our spa from Bill at The Spa Doctor. In the past eleven or so months, we have had excellent, five star service from Bill and his staff. They know their products. They give us sound advice. I can’t say enough good things about The Spa Doctor.

When our last spa rolled over and died my wife and I started looking for a new spa that fit our old bodies. We went to three dealers and listened to their sales pitch before we found Merle at the Spa Doctor. We were given an education from Merle on the La Z Boy spa’s and what they do, how they are made, what the warranty is and so much more. After previously looking at Bull Frog, Hot Springs and Dimension 1 all of who gave information but not quite as thorough as the Spa Doctor did we decided on the La Z Boy Refresh model. Jarrod and his crew delivered set up the spa and added all the chemicals in addition to educating us on how to maintain the water. After 12 hours of waiting for it to heat we got in and were immediately impressed at how great the jets were and how comfortable the seating is. This spa has more to offer than any of the other top rated spas we looked at elsewhere in addition to being very affordable. If You Are Looking To Buy A New Spa Go To The Spa Doctor, You Will Be Happy You Did Thank You Bill, Merle and all the staff who helped us.

Horrible customer service. They are rude on the phone and take weeks to return calls. There are many other companies out there that appreciate their customers. I will not be using them in the future. Spend your money elsewhere.

Can’t say enough good things about Jared and Spa Doctor! I have a pretty old Dimension One spa and it’s not the easiest to work on or even worth the effort probably that Jared puts into it. He treats it like its his own though, gives great advice on how to proceed for what’s best for the customer and takes a lot of passion in his job! Because of the service I have received from the Spa Doctor team they will be my go to spa maintenance for life now!

I called the Spa Doctor when the jets stopped working on my spa. Jarrod came out and diagnosed it as a bad control board. Now this is where things got difficult. Jarrod came out on the second trip and the jets worked, but now the lights would not come on. But the lights had worked earlier. Jarrod believed the manufacturer had sent out a bad control board so he ordered another one. My spa was working in the meantime, just no lights. Jarrod came out a 3rd time with the new control board. Jets worked, no lights. Jarrod stuck with it until the problem was solved. He worked with the manufacturer and determined that they had been giving him the wrong control board. The two boards look exactly alike, somehow they were sending the wrong one. So, Jarrod came out a 4th time and the new controller worked. I want to thank Jarrod for sticking with the problem until it was solved. Other companies may have just said tough luck after the first couple of trips. The Spa Doctor did not quit until I was a satisfied customer. Thank you

I have to give major Kudos to the repair guy at The Spa Doctor. I am bad with names so I apologize. He came on out and went over my spa. Prior to his visit after 11 years my spa stopped working. I would turn it on and it would trip the circuit breaker. Of course the day he shows up the breaker does not trip. The said he found that the blower wasn’t working and that could trip the breaker. My research indicated the heater could do it to. Since he was in the unit I asked how much more to replace the heater. At this point I am thinking preventative just because of how old the heater is. He gave me an estimate on the heater and blower. It wasn’t much more then I had figured just to replace the heater so I went for it. He was back the following Monday with the parts. We had a difficult install due to extremely tight alignments in the brackets with screw holes but we got it mounted and everything worked great. Today was my first time using it in a couple of years and it felt great. I will suggest that if you have a 1 horsepower blower on a small spa don’t upgrade. The new blower is 1.5 horse power and the difference is like Dr. Bruce Banner versus his alter ego the Hulk. Okay slight exaggeration but the power increase on my 5 person spa was noticeable. Either way my compliment. Repair was fantastic and the cost reasonable.

I have now bought 2 spas from Bill at Spa Doctor. They have great service and real nice spa’s. I have always enjoyed time there talking to the crew and Bill. they seem very experienced and very helpful. Have always got a great deal there and they are always there when you need them.
