Not only did we have a professional, timely and informative interaction with Mr. Gilbert, but also with his support staff, which is almost equally important. Documents were processed and signed in a timely fashion. It can be somewhat intimidating seeing a lawyer, but Justin put us at ease and answered all of our questions.
