Please find another lawyer. Mr. Barbera is not very accommodating and not very understanding. It is often difficult to get a hold of him, and when you do, he makes you feel like you are wasting his time. He is in a rush to get going and does not take the time to listen to you. On the phone, he interrupts you so he can say what he wants to say quickly and before you can get any word in, he’s already trying to get off the phone. He does not have your best interest in mind. Yes, he has reasonable rates compared to other firms in town, but you get what you pay for. He is more focused on the other party’s interest and makes you feel like it is your fault when you do not agree to what the other party wants. He does not provide you with all the information you need to decide what is best for your situation and he does not provide you with all the options you can utilize to get the most out of your case.
