This place is very clean for kids covered in boogers. It is very large with a television in the waiting room for the pediatrician so so if you’re stuck waiting you’re not bored if you forgot your phone. There are multiple settings places and is accompanied with very mannered staff who want to get you in and out in a very easy manner. They are very helpful and love the cooperation with difficult situations.

Stay away from Dr Peroutka. She is the worst Dr and needs to quit her job. She is not someone who cares about your well being. She doesn’t listen, doesn’t ask you questions, instead gives you rude remarks and tells you to find another Dr. Stay away from her.

Horrible Customer Service! I have been with this medical group for several years. I have been displeased for years, but realized there wasn’t much I could do about it. We all need doctors for one thing or another. I have been trying to resolve an issue with Sutter since January. I was hoping after the 15th person I spoke to… it would get handled. However, today is March 31, 2015, and it still isn’t resolved. In November, I had blood drawn for a routine check up. I went to Quest Diagnostics for the lab. In December, the doctor wanted a follow up lab, so I went to the Sutter Lab because I was right there. Needless to say it was the same exact test. My copay bill for Quest was very inexpensive. However, the Sutter Lab copay bill was 7 ½ times as much! As previously mentioned, I have spoken to 15 people. Beginning of March… The 13th person told me, they would submit it for review and to call back in a few days. I called back a few days later and the 14th person told me it is still under review. He told me that I didn’t need to call back, they would contact with the outcome of the review. Never heard back, so I called today. After going through everything again with another employee, she finally revealed to me the amount was correct per her notes! I am going to pay the bill, but in the future I will only go to Quest Diagnostics because it is significantly cheaper.

Happy with the service so far. Family Medicine — They have gotten me in for my appointments on time and scheduled what I have asked for. Staff has been very friendly. Lab — In and out. There was a fair amount of people when I went in for some lab work but they had it moving right along. The nurse who took the blood was very good. One try = nice and easy. The facility is very nice. Good parking and lots of easily readable signs to help you find your way around.

I’ve always been treated very well from the staff at Sutter. They are usually pretty helpful and friendly. They’ve done a great job treating my family in the past.

Doctors fabulous! However everything else is horrific. Their front office people are rude. The hold times are ridiculous. Getting a well or sick visit with your actual pediatrician is damn near impossible unless you book. 10 weeks in advance. Don’t be late because they will not squeeze you in. We were 22 minutes late. And they would not see us.

I have to admit, the latest updates seem to have actually improved wait times on the phone. I get a live person much sooner now. I am still not happy with the rest of it… but continue going because its worth our awesome doctor

The problem isn’t the medical professionals it is the admin/front desk! They are rude and unprofessional. I have had two different bad experiences. The first was the worst they would not schedule my daughter an appointment because I didn’t remember our zip code from a house we lived in four years prior! We had moved out of state and then moved back. I was on hold for over 20 min. I had 90% of me and my child’s info and still was unable to get an appointment! I ended up taking her to a different Sutter in Sacramento had no problem getting in there.
