If I could give this company a negative 4 stars I would. I have used them for a while. And there was always issues with them. I am officially done. One time the maid left my gas running and we had no idea till the next morning, trying to figure out where the gas smell is coming from. When I called the manager she wasn’t too concerned. Just said sorry. Any other time they keep forgetting to clean things. Where I have to go back and clean it over. Like mirrors. Bathroom floors. Toilets. And most of ten girls are every rude. I am so done with this company and hope no one else uses them.

My MIL hires them monthly and she recommended them. I’m a little disappointed by this house cleaning agency. The first time, Sunnymaids was hired as a gift to my husband and I while I was on maternity leave. The housekeeper came at 1:00PM. She was supposed to clean for 3 – 4 hours. I gave her a list of things that I wanted to do– Floors, dust furniture, vacuum, and clean the kitchen. I stayed upstairs while she cleaned the downstairs. I wished she had managed her time better. When I looked at the clock it was almost 3:30! She spent the first 3 hours cleaning the downstairs area!
Long story short, I hired them again to clean up after a party to give them a second chance. This time we requested TWO housekeepers to clean. We were willing to pay the same price but cut the job in 2 hours.
To my surprise, only ONE showed up! And she spent the majority of the time cleanng the downstairs and did not use time management to clean the upstairs.
I had a horrible experience and would not recommend this agency to cleaning services.

We moved into a new house a month ago and are almost done unpacking. With 2 kids, 2 dogs and 2 working parents we got behind on cleaning because we were trying to get unpacked. We have family coming over tomorrow so I emailed them last Tuesday to set something up. They called me in an hour with an appt at a very reasonable price. Victoria and Kristina came to my house and did an amazing job! I’m planning to set up a regular monthly service with them and would highly recommend them.

If I could give them negative stars, I would.
I called the agency on a Monday asking for service on a Friday. They called me back and by Wednesday they had someone lined up to clean our home. I explained that we had just had a baby and we were having company for the holidays and I would like 4 – 5 hours of service doing the norma; cleaning floors, bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, etc. Nothing out of the norm.
Friday rolls around and the lady from the agency shows up 15 minutes early for our 9 o’clock appointmet, good sign. We talk to her for a moment and showed her what we would like done. She then informed me that she had forgotten her mop, but I told her we had a vaccum, swiffer, and dust mop and she could use those. We asked if it was OK if we left, to get out of her away, and she said that was fine. We loaded up the baby and were on our way. We arrive back at the house at 11:30 and she was loading up her car. We walked in and the entry way smelled like cleaning products, so I took this as a good sign. We gave her a check and she was on her way. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the floors (other than the entry way) were not clean, the house had not been dusted, the kitchen counters were not clean, in fact there was still a small amount of formula from my sons bottles on the counter. The powder room and my daughters bathroom counters and floors were not clean, althrough she did attempt to clean my daughters bathtub, because you could see streaks where she applied the cleaner. In our master she did clean the tub, but the floors, counters, toilet, and shower had not been touched. Because my parents werre coming into town the next day, I had to spend 3 hours cleaning the place. Very annoying after you just paid someone to do this for you.
On Monday, I called the agency to complain about the service. I think I was very polite and told them I felt really bad because the lady who came was very friendly and nice, but that I was disappointed and didn’t feel that I should have to pay. The lady seemed less than concerned and asked if I wanted them to send someone else out. I told them no, and she said she would make a note on our account. I took this as she was going to return my check; nope! The next day, the check was cashed. On Wednesday I called and talked to the owner. She seemed like I was bothering here when I told her what had happened. She was rude and I am pretty sure she was eating while I was talking to her because I could hear crunching in the background. Very unprofessional. She agreed to refund my check and before I could thank her she hung up on me.
Basically, the point is I would never, NEVER recommend this service to anyone. Not only did they do a bad job cleaning the house, but the staff and owner are extremely unprofessional and rude.

I have used Sunny Maids for over 2 years now and had many different cleaners from their team and I am very happy with the service. The cleaners are professional and prompt and they always do a fantastic job. Plus, the rates are super reasonable and the scheduler is great. I have referred them to many friends and they have all been happy too. Surprised to see only one other review here!

I called this company and received service the same day for my home. The company treated me so kind and considerate. My house was cleaned by a team of two ladies and I have now ordered regular service. I have been with many different cleaning services but this is the best in town
