One of my favorite brunch places! They have a great selection of bagels and sandwiches, coffee drinks, and smoothies. The owner and manager are around often and are super down to earth and friendly. The counter staff are usually attentive and helpful. They have a record player and still play vinyls which is super awesome in and of itself. My family gets together here once a month or so and are never disappointed – we love meeting up at local places and this for sure takes the cake(bagel!?) for our go-to brunch spot!

Great bagels and coffees. I especially like the chocolate chip bagels when freshly out of the oven! Honey walnut cream cheese is always fantastic. Online ordering is easy and makes pick up a breeze.

I go to this bagel shop 3 or 4 times a week to have a fresh bagel I am from New York and this bagel is as authentication as a New York bagel

I’ve been coming here almost every weekend for several months with my girls — ages 2 and 5. Pretty much as soon as they get up on Saturday morning, they both ask, «Bagels?» The bagels are excellent — fresh, chewy, just the right texture inside and out — and the smoothies and hot chocolate are great too, plus a nice selection of teas.(I’m not a coffee drinker, so I don’t know about that.) Service is friendly and helpful, music is fun, and they have a nice little play area with books and toys. Nice relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

I’ve been here a couple of times. I find the bagels to be fresher than at the various Bruegger’s locations I have tried. They make their own cream cheese, too, which is very tasty. In addition, they also make smoothies, have soups, and some sweeter treats. Be sure to get a punch card if you buy bagels by the dozen. The most important thing is to note their hours. This is an early morning joint. If you are craving some sort of bagel-related item after 5PM, you have to wait until the next morning.

BAGELS! This place is the best place because of the people who work here. Then you get to listen to awesome jams and eat great bagels.

Can we talk about bagels? Like can we really talk about them for a minute? There is no better method of carb loading than a perfectly chewy, supple bagel with some smear. The right kind of bagel doesn’t even need to be toasted or topped, you just need to pop it in your mouth and take a step closer to heaven. Y’all, I wish I was exaggerating my love for bagels but I could literally exist on bagels and be in pure bliss. On to the actual review, St. Paul Bagelry is the answer to my New York bagel dreams. They have a great selection of flavors(including a freakin’ garlic bagel, what the heck else could you possibly want?!) and a good selection of topping options. They also have a smoothie situation going on but I will admit that I’m not quite sure as to why. I would think their bagels would bring in enough business. I was introduced to their bagels through their presence at the local co-ops. My first visit to the shop was full of excitement. I was not disappointed. The only reason I knocked a star off of this review is because their interior is badly in need of an update. Not loving the 90’s look. A little update would make this place the perfect.

We love this place. I HIGHLY recommend the St. paulie. Always spinning interesting vinyl. Have tried not tried smoothies bet they are great. The iced tea is different and good. Yummy scones.

I’m sure the café is great — we’ve never been there. This review is purely to state how disappointed we were that the bagels purchased from Whole Foods were covered in mold spots in less than 48 hours. No expiration or best by date either. What a waste of money.

The bagels and the cream cheese are THEBEST in the Twin Cities… hands down! You’ll never go to Bruegger’s again after trying this place. The cream cheese is to DIEFOR.

You’re a shinning star, a guiding light my love fantasy. There’s not an hour minute day or night that I don’t want a Luther Vandross breakfast bagel. A million star review is never too much.

«Luther vandross» on a garlic bagel — 3.5 stars pizza bagel for the kid — 4 stars according to him if it has sausage on it, order it without. the sausage isn’t that great, but the pother proteins are good! the garlic bagel was excellent! not burnt like a lot of other garlic bagels I’ve had. the best part about this place is the eggs. real cracked fried eggs, not the rubbery yellow circles at breuggers or mcds.

It’s a great shop. Their breakfast bagels are wonderful. The only reason for a four star is sometimes the place smells odd. Love the names of the sandwiches!

St. Paul Baglery really delivers on execution of their food in an unassuming but pleasant store and very affordable prices. I was raised on Brueggers(one of the very first shops is in my hometown), but St. Paul Baglery really takes it up a notch. Their bagels are well cooked — hard outside, soft inside– and taste very clearly like the advertised flavor. Their cream cheese incredibly flavorful and smooth with lots of interesting choices. Apricot almond cream cheese, where have you been all my life? Bacon chive is another favorite. I also just had an amazing fresh, gooey, rich cookie from them. We used them for a series of work breakfasts(~100 people/day) and they were extremely friendly to deal with, reasonable prices, everything was ready on time, and they even did some ‘extras’(like pre-slicing) for free.

Stop in for a bagel sandwich once in a while. Bagels are excellent, and the best part is the owner always has vinyl playing. Joe Cocker was on the turntable yesterday, time before that was Aretha. For that reason I am giving 5 stars.

Quick stop to get breakfast was worth it. Simple place simple people great bagels. Had a freshly made egg and cheese on a garlic bagel with Kona medium roast coffee. Awesome start to my day. Great find in the area. They deliver for a minimum order too.

They have excellent bagels here. Perfect texture of both chewy and fluffy. In a world of chain establishments, it’s nice to find a locally owned bagel shop!

I’ve been there a few times and love it! The pizza bagel is the best and the Pina cola da smoothie is my favorite The only complaint I really have is that the online ordering needs to be updated.

I have been here twice now. The wifi connection is strong and fast. The food is good, the service is upbeat, friendly and fast. Nice music too! It’s not much to look at from the outside, but once you open the cover the story is a gem.

I was there on Saturday for the first time. I must have driven past this place a million times, and never new it was there! It is truly a hidden gem. The sandwiches are delicious, fresh, and inexpensive. They have lots of options, too. I got a mocha-banana smoothie with my bagel, and it was to die for! The service was good too. Very friendly girl behind the register, and an older gentleman was sitting down(owner, perhaps) when we walked in, and he gave us the run-down of the business. Very personable! I’m very excited to try their breakfast items!
