Extremely long wait times, easily over 40 minutes. Service Reps lie and push plans they want based on assumptions of your clothing/appearance. When I told the rep I was quoted a different price the week before, he said that«this was a better plan» and fell silent. Because I was dressed casually, he assumed I had bad credit and kept mentioning plans that didn’t need a credit check. Very insulting. They also let people line jump.

Service needs some work. Everytime I go in here for WHATEVER reason, i tend to be #20 and a good solid 45 min wait sometimes more. Apparently Sprint is shutting down there Nextel towers. Ive had the same phone for 5 years and now they want me to «upgrade» to a damn«smart phone» when my phone works perfectly fine. Not everyone NEEDS a smart phone. A LOT of people NEED basic phones. I avoid this store like the plague

A Sprint company store. Service is lacking. This place always seems to have customers waiting. I was number 14 last time I visited, and waited 25 minutes to be spoken to. They looked at the repair I requested, quoted the repair to be exactly the price of a new phone(honestly), then told me they could have the phone back to me in less than 10 days. I won’t go back.
