I hadn’t been to this location in about 3 years, went today and it was aweful. When they say up they put us in the back corner which smelled like a bathroom, they moved us to a table near the bar but this table was sticky and the floor under the table was covered in sticky liquid of somekind. Our waiter took our order pretty quickly but after he we were done and told him we wanted the check it took him 15 minutes(there were only 5 tables of people there not busy). The food was about the only good thing, but I will never be going back.

Came on a Wednesday. Was seated right away. Service was fast. Server came back frequent enough so we weren’t thirsty. Food was good.

I came here with my mom and son for lunch as a shopping break. They were not overly busy, as a matter of fact, it was pretty decent for a Saturday. Anyway, it took 20 minutes for anyone to greet us. We kept asking other employees walking past to please send our server, but no one came. We were not even offered a beverage during this time. Finally, after seeing patrons who arrived after us be greeted and served beverages/appetizers, we requested a manager, who in turn sent a server over. Come to find out, our server was one of the young ladies we asked to send our server to our table. She had a MAJOR attitude when she did arrive after we spoke to the manager. Our initial drink orders consisted of just water. It literally took another half hour just to get these. Mind you, it had been almost an hour, by this time. Again, we requested the manager. She took our food order and I headed to the salad bar. The salad bar used to be REALLY good, but now? Eh… It’s mediocre, at best. The only meat available as a topping was/is pork. Non-pork options should be available. Everything was picked over, empty, and messy. I asked for it to be replenished, but after 15 minutes, nothing, so I went back to my seat. After waiting another half hour, no food, no water refills, and no server. My son had a kids meal of mini burgers, but even that had not come out from the kitchen. Again, we had the manager come over and told her about the continuing problems. She«apologized», went to the kitchen, and came back within minutes with my son’s food, which was cold as though it had been sitting and the burgers were still pink. At this point, we decided to leave. It had been almost two hours with no food, still no refill on water, and had witnessed several other tables be served, eat, and leave. I am unsure what the problem was, but we were the only people of color there. Many people had an attitude, seeming to be bothered by us trying to get not just good service, but ANY service. HEEDTHISWARNING!!! Ruby Tuesday is not worth your time or money. Go check out Rojo or Big Bowl, they are much better in all ways.

It’s our favorite Ruby! You have to go into this restaurant with the expectation it’s a mall, chain restaurant. The staff are always pleasant and the salad bar is to die for! We love our Ruby!

I stop in for lunch on Monday, that was the 1st mistake, I ordered Ribs with a Bake potato. Well lets start with the Ribs, they broiled all the flavor out of Ribs, and used BQ Sauce to try to put some flavor back n the meat, well didn’t work. Okay next the 3 day old Bake Potato they plated with the Ribs, I guess Rudy Tuesday’s is way to busy to use Aluminum Foil to bake they Potatoes. Steer clear from Rudy Tuesdays.

This place needs to be checked out by health inspection the food made my whole family sick not to mention the waitress does not know what she is doing. This place is not cheap and I feel should have better quality food and not have hair in there food yuck! Will never return.

The food was very good — Glazed Chicken and Crab Cakes. Service was a bit slow, but OK. The thing that really gets to me is that Ruby Tuesday, and a few more like restaurants, have gone strictly corporate and adhere to their«national beer only» program. When I asked for a Summit I was told that they don’t carry it, and then that it just doesn’t sell. It is the best selling local beer in this region of the country. I guess when Bud/Miller pay the big bucks they can keep the local s out. Chili’s and Appleby’s have reversed their decision and now carry local beers. Something hard to understand in a corporate office a thousand miles away. I’ll go back. The Sprite was good.

Well, the experience could have gone much much worse, but also could have been better. Got put in a booth, and I’m not a short person. Couldn’t hardly move this thing was so damn tight. This after being being told that the two person booth we were heading to got a little«small.» Got the triple prime cheeseburger, asked for it to be cooked medium. Don’t think the cook on this particular night knew what that meant-when I got the burger it was so damn bloody that it basically mooed at me. Also, my fiancée couldn’t finish hers. I asked her«I think we’ve been here before. Did we vow to never come here again the last time?» She replied no. «Well, we should have.»

Thanksgiving Night we come here to enjoy a nice family dinner. We order a few plates from the salad bar and each person in my party orders an entrée. We are by no means cheap people. One of my guests took a few bites from is neighbors salad. The manager Marie noticed this and came to the table. She proceeded with asking my guest if he would like his own salad. We kindly said no, he was simply trying the salad. She walks away and does not take her eye off of our table. He takes another bite of the salad and she comes back to tell us «it doesn’t work that way» my party understands how the salad bar works. Each person pays for their own salad. However, my guest only took a few bites. She ruined our experience, we told her we would pay for an additional salad«$ 9.99» if it was going to be an issue. She walked up to our server and asked our waitress to add another salad to our bill. I think this is extremely unprofessional for management to do. This location will not see any of us again. Our server was great. Marie was a disgust. She should not be in customer service. I rate one star for the food and another for our server. This restaurant needs help as long as Marie is employed here.

Terrible restaurant. Wine glasses were dirty looking, water streaked. Gluten free menu was a joke. Basically a 3 ring binder listening foods under the«allergy» category, but no official gluten free menu. Very disappointing. We will not go back.

You can probably predict the good part of Ruby Tuesday… the salad bar, although this one clearly had old food on it(like maybe it had been sitting there the entire day). The service was fine, and the food was ok. Like I could have made it more tasty at home(I’m not a good cook). We only went here because we had a gift card. We won’t be back unless we are unfortunate enough to get another gift card.

THEGOOD: The salad bar is a must at Ruby Tuesdays. The bar is fresh and can be added to any meal for 3.29 or as a side on some meals. The croutons are perfect light and crunchy. The workers were very kind and attentive. THEBAD: The service was a little slow it took just over 14 minutes to serve 3 people. The food is a little expensive especially the beverages(iced tea upwards of 3 dollars). THEBOTTOMLINE: It’s worth stopping by because the service is always good. It also has a casual ambience which is perfect for someone driving by on 35w or for someone who just got done at the mall. And you can fix the issue of them being a little slow by getting the salad bar as your side so that you can eat while you wait for your main course.

Slightly overpriced for the meager portions received. The food was okay, but my son’s corn dogs arrived warm on the outside, but nearly frozen in the center(they were sent back). Our server also was unaware that Boston Lager is made by Sam Adams. Seating was cramped. I don’t think I’ll be back.

The food was acceptable. I’m writing this review to make you all aware of how racist the staff is. I’m visiting from California, I have never ever been so insulted over ordering a $ 10 glass of wine!!! The waiter felt he needed to remind me that I was ordering a $ 10 glass of wine; WHY!!! Is this practice for the restaurant? I can afford a $ 10 glass of wine and then some!!! The night before I dined at an upscale seafood restaurant next to the Westin Hotel and my waiter didn’t feel the need to announce the price of my beverage. Why did Ruby Tuesdays!!! I’m only giving u 1 star because it’s required.

This was the first time and it was on Friday for a diner. Came along with some others. Over all, good foods and services for this class of restaurants!

HAd high hopes as the place looked really nice. WE got there about 2PM. We ordered and got our beverages and waited. Server threw plate w/2 little undercooked biscuits on table as she walked by without a word. yuck, they were awful. Little nuggets of raw dough that had hard outer shells that were rather nasty, which we would have thrown if we hadn’t been starving. Tempura green beans, NASTY greasy, breading on plate underneath not on beans. The beans were like beans pan fried w/too much oil. All naked oily beans, Tempura means light breading and little grease. These beans were horrible. Medium rare burger was rare and cold in the middle not medium rare as if it was seared, not cooked. Fries were just awful as if they were Burger King breaded fries, not what you would get in a premium restaurant. We were there between 2 and 3PM so that was maybe why staff seemed resentful we took up their time. This was our first time to Ruby Tuesday, it will be our last. I was excited after looking at menu. It all went down hill after the ladies in line ahead of us(at 2 pm) said they had been stand there over 5 minutes with no one, seemingly eating or working in restaurant. Learn how to make tempura for pete’s sake if you are going to put it on the menu. Have enough staff so they don’t make us feel like we are imposing during between hours.

Service was slow, why I am not sure as it was extremely slow when we ate there. Food took a while and our waitress took her time. Portions were not as generous. Definitely not my go to anymore but still a good choice every once in a while food is tasty.

The boyf and I enjoy the occasional RT visit. We are big fans of their salad bar — specifically, the delicious, warm and fresh from the oven rye bread croutons. Oh man, those croutons… Overall, it’s an alright place. Pricing is pretty decent, service is always decent. There was one instance where we were advised of an hour wait for a table for two, and half the dining room was empty. They must have been short staffed that day, as it seemed odd. We sat at the bar and waited less than a minute for service. Good times. All in all, this is a totally solid place to eat when with a group at the mall. There is something for everyone, and you will be well-taken care of. Enjoy!
