Revive Design and Construction

Revive and Design did the remodeling for kitchen and 2 bathrooms at beginning of this year for my house in Sacramento. Work was completed quickly.
Later, I asked them to do some additional work. We signed the contract. Project didn’t get started for a while and owner, Ryan, didn’t provide status when the project will start. After few emails and phone call, I finally got hold of Ryan and he told me he didn’t have time to do the work. He referred me to XS Industry to complete the work. I had to scramble and negotiate a contract with XS Industry and complete the work.
Getting hold of the owner, Ryan is very difficult. Left messages and emails but he does not always respond.
There were couple issues with the remodeling so I called and emailed Ryan several times. He finally replied that his crew will come out to fix the issues, but it never happened.
If Ryan does not respond back to me, I have no choice but to report this company to Contractor State Licensing Board.
BTW, XS Industry turn out to be very easy to work with. Job completed quickly and they even help to fix, for free, couple other problems that Revive did not fix. I would recommend to use XS Industry for remodeling.
