Reeve-Knight Construction

I have never personally done business with this construction company but the company I do work for has been receiving TONS of faxes from them regarding building plans. Seeing as i work for a BEVERAGE company I thought I should give them a call to let them know they are faxing the wrong people so they get the plans over to the correct ones.
Attempt one I go straight to the receptionist. She was very abrupt and didn’t really let me speak. I try telling her about the faxes we’ve been receiving and cuts me off by telling me it’s for the bidding dept and then transfers me. Then I get put into someone’s voicemail. I hang up, look at the fax and see that there’s a name of a direct contact. So i call this person. Attempt two… I tell this gentleman on the phone about the faxes and he tells me if you’re not bidding then just disregard the faxes. I then proceed to ask him to remove us from their fax list but he just tells me to disregard them very harshly and hangs up.
I don’t think I would ever really have to do business with this company but even if I did, I would DEFINITELY look for someone else. Their customer service was horrible and the people representing this company are very unprofessional. BOO!
