I experienced the worse nail service here. I went in, on my birthday, to treat myself and get a fill in my acrylic set. The male nail tech I got sexually harassed me the entire time, and he did a horrific job on my acrylic set… And to make matters worse the instant he was done with the set he told me he wasn’t a certified manicurist, so I got sexually harassed and had my nails done by someone who didn’t even know what he was doing, and he stood over my shoulder the entire time I was paying to ensure he got a tip. The instant I got to my hotel I called my nail tech at home and scheduled an emergency appointment… That’s the price I pay for going somewhere that charges 15 for a fill. I now look like I have some sort of nail disease, and can not get them fixed until next week. Save your money and go else where.

Favorite pedicure spot! For only $ 15 they actually take their time at least 45 min and really get around the cuticles and sides of big toes. They also rub feet for a long time. Couldn’t be happier

Horrible long wait. $ 1 eyebrows on Sat and Tues but they make you wait. Over 40 minutes better to spend $ 5 and go somewhere else.

Diem?! Where did you go??? I have been using Profile Nail and Spa for 5 years and I went by the other day and they are gone. So disappointing… loved all of the staff and Diem did my nails perfectly. I am super picky and had her do acrylics but very short like natural nails and she always put up with my «shorter, shorter!» I will miss her so much. Anyone have any recommendations for a good nail place like Profile Nails in Roseville, Rocklin or Lincoln???

Sadly this place has CLOSED. I hope Diem and the crew are hanging in there and doing well; I’m going to miss them and I know a lot of others will too!

A few years ago(2007) I came to this salon to have my nails done and I enjoyed it very much! Clean salon, great polish selection, great magazines, comfortable chairs, and most importantly, an enjoyable and quality manicure/pedicure. I recently moved back to the Roseville area and wanted to treat my little sister to a manicure and this was the first place I thought of. When we came in I immediately noticed that the place’s condition as far as cleanliness sadly declined. The white sofa to wait upon has disgusting stains all over it, dirty carpet, and dingy lighting. I went into the restroom and walked right out, it honestly looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in I don’t know how long. I was honestly really disappointed and uncomfortable but wanted to see if the manicure would still be great. Unfortunately it was rushed, with the best part(the massage) being so lightly and quickly done I knew I would not be returning. I’m not sure if management changed, but I found another nail salon that I would recommend much more(I’m even willing to drive from Roseville) KB Nails on Fair Oaks across from the Pavilions!

So my sister and I stopped in for a Pedi yesterday and I thought this place looks decent. Well as I sat in the massage chair(that did not work) I chatted with my sister. As it came time for the foot scrubbing I saw that they use THESAME pumice stone for each customer. They keep it under the right side of the chair. I was thoroughly disgusted by this. She scrubbed our feet and then put the stone back under the chair next to the sponge they use to clean the chairs. Once it came to painting my toes by big toe got messed up so I asked her to do it over. The second time she dripped the nail polish down the side of my toe and didn’t wipe it off. I was well over it and ready to leave at that point. I will never go back!

I just walked in to this salon place yesterday to get a pedi because the place I usually go to was extremely busy. I did not want to wait so I decide to give this place a try since I always drive by this place. the place is clean and I was the only person there. It was not busy for a Tue evening. I did not get his name but a guy did my pedi. I was skeptical at first, I have never had a man done pedi for me, it was weird but who cares, I just want to get in and out and get it done, so I picked my color and sat down. their selection of color is great and they have a lot of trendy color like the nude color. I told the guy that my big toe nail is chipped and I need acrylic to fix it, he did an excellent job to fix my nail and he is very professional. I also like the way he took his time to buff, trim and prepare my nails before polishing… he did a great job on putting color, very carefully done. I was surprised how good it turned out! Too bad, I did not get his name but next time when I go back, I will ask for him again… also $ 20 for pedicure that is cheap. I paid $ 23 for mine because I had to get one acrylic to my big toe nail. it actualy turn out looking better than my other regular big toe nail… overall service is great, they are polite and professiona. I highly recommend it and will definately go back!
