I did not get her name, but a beautiful black petite lady helped me out and had the best friendliest attitude that I had come across all day. I want to say thank you to her and Merry Christmas! She also gave me a great tip on a gift I was buying for my man and what size to get. Thank you so much and I hope you have a great holiday!

They have pretty much the same selection of shoes as the other Payless stores, which is fine with me. There’s always a sale or some discount thing going on, so I usually leave with at least $ 25 worth of shoes. This particular Payless was alright. I got two pairs of crochet style slip-ons, but had to return one because I got the wrong size. The saleslady was nice and explains what styles were discounted and didn’t hound me again for the rest of my shopping. I like that.

We wandered in to this Payless today looking for toddler shoes. It happened to be the last day of the BOGO sale, so there were very few shoes to choose from(in the size we were looking for). The young lady working there was very helpful and tried to help by checking the stock at other locations. We ended up leaving empty handed, but I give them four stars for service.

It’s your average Payless Shoesource. The employee was very helpful to the customers that came in o a fault. There were a couple of times when people were left at the register for longer than they needed to be, but he did apologize for the inconvenience every time. He also was in a chipper mood. The bad news: I found out my daughter is officially growing because she went from a size 4 last month to a size 5 today. Soon she will be asking for the most expensive shoes on the market. Crap!

This location is in a strip mall next to a Target store. I came in here to browse, and noticed two employees working. One was stocking up the shoes that were in the isle I was shopping in, and the other had asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I told her I was just browsing, but she continued to show me a bunch of shoes I was not interested in. I believe in the great customer service, but when you are breathing down my neck to make a sale, it just makes me want to leave… As so I did.
