Mercy Imaging Center, Roseville

We came here to get an MRI done on hubby’s brain. He’s suffered from severe migraines, it’s only recently that his doctor suggested he get a referral to a migraine specialist. The migraine specialist requested he get an MRI done.
We arrived about a half an hour earlier than our appointment. We checked in, waited about ten minutes, then were called up, filled out our patient info. Hmm… can’t they just have you fill out everything upon check in? Don’t know why they do it this way? It just seems senseless.
Anyway, after we got all the paperwork out the way, we were called in to a dressing area, waited another ten minutes more.
We were then taken to our final imaging area. That process took a lengthy amount of time. I would say, this process took about forty minutes. Hubs fell asleep during the process and they had to wake him and keep him from falling asleep. The male nurse, didn’t catch his name, was ever so sweet. He did an outstanding job of making us feel comfortable.
The front desk has some work to do when it comes to checking in patients. There was a room full of patients upon arrival. They had checked in, but didn’t have their patient info forms completed. We couldn’t understand why that wasn’t done upon check-​in but maybe there’s a protocol with that?
Overall, the office is modern and up to date. My only complaint is that they get the check in process more efficient.

My experience at Mercy Imaging was great. The staff is very professional. They told me what to expect, and my results were ready when the test was complete so I was able to get the info to my doctor. Very professional.

Typically go to RAS but this is so much better. not that there is anything really wrong with RAS but Mercy Imaging is clean, professional and fast!
I called yesterday and got in today.
They were understanding of my needs and took me RIGHT ON TIME!
I will go here from now on if given the choice.
Again, RAS isn’t bad but you sorta feel like the herd :)

This medical diagnostic imaging center should be in the top 5 of all Sacramento and Roseville area medical facilities. I could not have asked for better treatment and expedient service as I recently received while scheduling a cat scan at Mercy.
The office is very modern, super clean, and the testing areas are every bit as nice as the reception and visitors center. I was in and out of the building within fifteen minutes. They will take walk in traffic, and it appears that even without an appointment you would get in and out rather quickly, but definitely an appointment gives you priority.
The staff from the office to the medical professionals giving the test were extremely pleasant and provided a lot of great information while I was in the process of taking the test.
Very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
If you are given a choice of the various Mercy Diagnostic Centers to have your testing completed, this particular location is a stand-​out in every way.
