Lennar at Carrington and Ridgfield at WestPark

Now that the Husband and I are living in a crappy apartment waiting for our new home to be ready, we have decided to kill time on the weekends by visiting new home communities and pretend that we can afford one of their luxuries.
My Father in Law has a Lennar home so we decided to go to the new ones to see what all the fuss was about. The nice thing about Lennar, is that everything is already included! No having to deal with pesky upgrades that bump up the purchase price; what you see is what you get.
The homes themselves were our favorite out of all the new homes communities we have seen… And there have been a lot! The craftsmanship that goes into each house is apparent in all the details. I also liked how they had more than one one story floor plan. They also had two floor plans that included a separate granny unit which would be convenient to rent out or have your elderly parents live in.
The homes range from about $ 440,000-$ 650,000 so you are definitely paying for all that you get, but you really get your money’s worth out of the Lennar houses.
