This place is A dump always dirty most of the employees don’t have a clue on what they’re doing. Seems like there’s always a problem at the checkout. Customer service is horrible. I come here every once in a while to give them another chance but it never improves. Going to Walmart now on.

Why is it that everytime I come into Kmart I find the things I want but I dread going to the register. the people that work for Kmart act like they’ve never done their jobs before and it’s the first day. Then the people that are purchasing things don’t even know how much the products are because they ask how much is this? they’re told. Then they put it back. then when they do come up with a final price it may take 2 23 different transactions to pay for that one purchase WTF why do I even come to the store anymore

I have only been here twice in the 9 years that I’ve lived nearby. It looks like it is on the brink of closing. It is always mostly empty and the shelves are messy and empty.
There are very few associates to assist as you walk around. And the lines to cash out are long.
Overall, they have the merch you are probably looking for, but I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle or headache to go there.

The employees dont have a clue at this place, i had 5 items it took 30min to check out… they didnt know how to use this guys gift cards that was in front of me, had to call a supervisor three times for the same guy, like really you cant make sure its right the first or second time??? Give me a break.. how irritating

This place really went under over the years. It’s sad to see a place I use to shop when I was a kid and was so full of life. Now it’s just a run down place that smells horrible when you walk in and was dark like they stopped paying the bills. The grocery side doesn’t seem like they carry like they use to anymore. The produce isn’t that great, the prices are higher than any place I’ve been too. I feel since Sears bought Kmart they tried too hard to make it into a department store and not a grocery store like Kmart really is. They need to fix that in the adds and in the store. I would like to see this place back to its former glory and shop here again. But for now I’m going to stick with Meijer.

This location imo, is the best one ive visited. Im closer to harper or even grosbeak but, they never seem to have any stock or anyone who knows anything at grosbeck! Its also stupid HOT in that store!
Anyways. HUGE store! Nice staff. They had more stock than any other kmart ive been too and variety as well!
Kind of a pain to find but… great store overall.

The customer service is very hit and miss here. Often times what may start off as a pleasant visit can go terribly sour when something as simple as removing one item from an order leads to voiding the entire purchase! Also the lines are almost always HORRENDOUS!
