Kemper Tree Care

I had Kemper Tree Care Inc. come out to remove 2 trees several years ago, and being in need of tree removal service once again and unfortunately knowing that I cannot use Kemper again, I’ve come to realize how important it is for people to give reviews on sites like Unilocal.So, my problem with Kemper is that I hired them to remove 2 trees, including grind the stumps, and I have to report that they did a bad job properly grinding the stump because the roots were not removed/​destroyed and for years have continued to grow under ground and send new shoots (like new baby trees) up through my grass in more than one place more than once. I can’t seem to get rid of all the roots, so the problem continues. It’s terrible for my yard to have to pull up the tree roots and follow them back to the place where the tree was once «removed». I shouldn’t have to do this. This is why I hired Kemper in the first place. Kemper should have removed the trees I paid them to remove.

I called to get an estimate on a tree removal. Specifically, I wanted to know around how much it would cost to remove my tree since I have not decided whether or not to keep it. The women who answered the phone when I called very rudley said that there are many variables that contribute to the cost of cutting down the tree, and insisted that someone would need to come by to look at it. I wanted a price range to know whether or not it was realistic to cut down my tree, but said it would be ok if someone came by. She then went off about how I was a first time customer, and how it costs money for someone to do an estimate AND that maybe I should just call another company. I did. You should too.
