I’ll fess up to it, I’m a bag whore. I started with Coach, moved on to Louis and amounted quite a collection, and of course had to get my SF Giants Dooney bag, then checked out Kate Spade, and I’m a fan. I walked in and I was the only one in there for a while. 1^st thing I loved, they acknowledged me without being overbearing… you could learn something from these ladies Michael Kors sales associates. The observant sales associate then asked me what I was looking for, and I really wasn’t sure, as I was looking for a gift for my mom. She bought me a Kate Spade purse for my birthday and I know she bought a few for herself so I wanted to get her a wallet, but I wasn’t sure what color purses she had. My mom is someone who likes things in the same color, so I didn’t want to mess up. The sales lady showed me some other items and really gave me some food for thought. I felt no pressure at all and I actually had a great conversation with the sales lady. I left without purchasing anything but she didn’t try to guilt trip me about it. Great service and I will be back!

This Kate Spade has to be my favorite location yet being to numerous Kate Spade stores around Northern California. Visiting here on 4^th of July and today, I was helped by Samantha on both occassions. Today was more of an important and eye opening visit, as Samantha helped me resolve an issue with Kate Spade Vacaville Outlet. The outlet had sold me a bag that was lower priced than the Outlet (super odd situation) and Samantha helped clear the issue. She also gift wrapped the bangle I purchased, and made us feel welcome at the store. Seems like all the staff are are friendly and will make sure everyone are treated respectfully and promptly. Thank you!

The Japanese young lady who works here is so polite and friendly, she helped me twice and was so patient. I love their purses, wallets and make up bags. The store isn’t large so they don’t have all the colors or styles you see on line, but there’s still enough for you to be able to get an idea about colors, size, fabric, etc in case you want to order a specific item.

I’m a big Kate Spade fan. 80% of my jewelry are from Kate Spade so I was definitely excited to see their store open at the Galleria.
The Japanese lady that works here is really nice and has a fun personality and style and greeted me with a warm smile, so I felt the need to buy something lol.
Although, the second time I came here, no one greeted me, and all their staff was huddled at the cash register talking drama.
I really wish they would stock up on heels and more watches. And let go of their sales section to make room for new arrivals! Yaaaas!

The Asian lady was very welcoming. Lovely shop and I always love walking in to see the new styles and colors of their different bags.
