Me and my friend came here today and we ordered the chicken plates. I was extremely disappointed because it was 80 percent salad. On top of all of that the rice was dry. 20 dollars for two plates with one portion of chicken divided amongst the plates. I won’t be back here after this because this is an indicator that business must be slow when you cut the portions. I also found a fuzzy black strand I am pretty sure was hair in my yogurt, I didn’t complain but just a heads up to examine your food before you let it enter your mouth.

I dont usually do this but they dropped a star for me for inconsistency. If you see my check ins, we literally come once a week since they opened. We order the same EXACT thing and somehow it is done wrong. I usually ask for the sauce on the side because I dont like my Gyro doused but alas the last two trips I got NO sauce at all. We like to do phone orders to save time and often the phone never picks up or we are put on hold and then forgotten about. I once parked in front and phoned in because I was too lazy to get out of the car and watched as the phone continued to ring because they were BS-ing with a customer. I had to walk in and order instead so this is how I know it was BS-ing because it continued. I cut a little slack since this the customer was the type of person you can tell would talk anyones ear off just because she was lonely. With that said, they probably should not have a phone at all and just a message machine that says that the hours and that they are just too busy to talk to you. I have had to drive by several times just to see if they were open because they don’t answer the phone. Seriously understaffed. Still come every week and still LOVE their food. Just frustrating at times.

Great food and great service. I have never been disappointed eating here. Only place to go to for authentic Greek family owned cuisine.

Delicious food, great price, friendly staff, I’d be a regular if I lived nearby. Only drawback was a little bit of disorganization, but easy to overlook that with the superb service.

I am SO upset at my self for wasting my money at this DISGUSTINGPLACE!!! How on earth does this place have 4 stars??! We got the chicken kabob plate and steak shawarma sandwich. The shawarma meat is old, crusty, and salty although they claimed it was fresh when my husband asked them before making the order. The rice in the kabob plate is under cooked, and the«hummus» is a tastless watered-down paste. The plates come with four small, sad pieces of packaged pita bread. The only thing acceptable was the chicken kabob meat. I just hope I dont get a stomach ache because everything from the bathroom to the tables were dirty.

A good choice for lunch. Tasty food that is ready fairly quickly. Both the falafels and gyros are good.

FANTASTIC! I am an American girl who loves to travel, I have been to the greek islands a couple times(my favorite food in my travels) and fine cuisine. This place has a family ran feel, its cheap, quick and tremendously healthy and fresh. The chicken was amazing; I love the spices! It is greek food with an Arabic flare.

Horrible. I have tried this place three times and they cannot get an order correct. A simple ‘no onions, please’ cannot be done it seems. Today, I even asked again before I left. Yes, no onions I was told. Pretty much, we got your money get lost. Well, no problem. I’ll stay lost too!

What I order: — Falafel sandwich Pros: — Food is excellent. Consistent. Always good. — Staff is great. Family run business. They are all knowledgeable and accommodating. — Parking is okay. Huge parking lot. — Easy to get in an out of the parking lot — Takes phone and to-go orders — TV in dining area, usually playing movies. Yay for entertaining me while I wait. — Waits aren’t long. Pretty quick on making food. Cons: — Nothing noteworthy. I’ve always come away happy. Not really good for large groups if you’re dining in. There’s not a lot of seating and it’s a bit cramped. No outdoor seating.

Delish! I ordered the spicy chicken kabob plate and an order of falafels. My only critique is that I wish it was a bit spicier. Staff was great. I will definitely be visiting again.

Was having a hankering for some good greek food — and found this new restaurant in the neighborhood. I ordered the steak kabob plate and a greek salad — and I will say everything was extremely tasty and amazing! The beef kabob was very tasty, the basmati rice was perfect and the hummus and salad were great as well. I have no complaints — it’s wonderful to find a local run restaurant — not a chain — as I wasn’t looking to eat at Daphne’s. Portions are reasonable as are prices — the steak kabob plate was $ 10.99 and a greek salad with no meat is $ 4.99. Not bad at all! We will absolutely be back. BONUS — they take Discover :)

Thanks fellow Unilocalers for helping me discover this awesome place! I live a block away from here & never paid any attention to this restaurant. The chicken gyro was perfectly spiced & the tzaki was great as well. The Greek salad on the side was surprisingly delicious for a side salad! My husband ordered the Philly cheesesteak– which he claims is the best he’s ever had. Service was polite, fast, and prompt. I will definitely be back!!!

I had no idea Milos closed down(out of the loop apparently) but then, like a cool drink of water this place appears! Goodness me, it’s tasty! Really helpful and cheerful staff. I got my food to go, but it was a pleasure talking to them. I was so excited to try a new place, I ordered way too much food. Beef shawarma with rice — 100% delicious. Huge portion. Side of falafel — well seasoned with lots of flavor Baklava — fresh, crispy, delicious Living in the area of this place os gonna be dangerous. Can’t wait to try everything on the menu!

Let me just say this place deserves its rating. After a summer tour through Europe, the girlfriend and I developed a slight obsession with dürüm kebobs. This place is the closest thing you can get to those, and the quality and taste is on par or better. The beef/lamb schwarma is on point. Get it and you won’t regret it.

Located inside the old Kazoku building in the Family Fitness shopping center Kabob & Gyro is pretty darn close to Milo’s. There is room for about 15 – 20 patrons inside and ordering is done at the counter with the staff bringing out your food when it is ready. The menu consists of salads, gyro, kabob, shwarma and burgers. We tried a chicken kabob plate $ 10.99 which consisted of hot pita bread, humus, rice, salad and about 4 – 6 ounces of chicken. While this sounds like a lot of food the portions were really small. My wife said the flavor was just okay and that she would not order it again. I had my first experience with a shwarma. I ordered the beef and chicken combo $ 8.99 and made it a combo adding a drink and fries for $ 2.50 more. So a shwarma is basically a burrito. The chicken and beef were quite tasty, but once again portion size was pretty small. Service was friendly if not a little oddly dressed. Our server was wearing shorts and flip flops LOL. While we were not huge fans of K&G Grill it wasn’t bad either. Daphne’s and MIlo’s are other options which are not to far away but Kabob & Gyro Grill will do.

This little eatery is a nice addition to Roseville, that serves Halal dishes. There isn’t too many places that serve Halal dishes, so this place was a surprise. It was very busy when we arrived but I guess it was just a mad rush of people because after approximately fifteen minutes, the place was empty except for us and another family. We ordered the steak shawarma and Greek salad. I made mine into a combo meal with added fries and soda. The steak shawarma was«outta this world», «crazy, mad good!» The tzatziki sauce was tasty, to offset the little bit of spiciness of the shawarma. It was filled with lettuce, tomato, onion and tzatziki sauce. The Greek salad was decent, would’ve been tastier with more than two of the Greek olive to replace the plain black. The fries were not so good, wish they had used newer oil. Overall, it’s a nice eatery offering some tasty alternatives to your typical fast food! I’m giving them three and a half, I’ll definitely return if I’m in the area.

Why are so many people afraid to try something different? If you like meat, veggies, and awesome sauces then go ahead and order some greek/mediterranean food! My suggestions are chicken or lamb gyro. If you like burritos then order the chicken shwarma. Basically a gyro is a meat/veggie filled pita with tzatziki(yogurt based) sauce. The shwarma has the same thing in it but wrapped in a lighter tortilla. My husband and I are always looking for greek food trucks so I was pleasently suprised when they opened Kabob/Gyro place in Roseville. We went today to check it out! The people working there were really nice and funny. If you like it really spicy make sure you tell them. Mild: barely any spice Med: little spicy Spicy: Some spice. So tell them extra spicy if you like it hot! Or get some hot sauce on the side. My co worker said they had the best hot sauce. If you got a party pooper in your group: No worries! They have burgers and philly cheesesteaks as well but try and get your plain jane friends to see the gyro light. lol The meal was great. upgrade fries and drink for 2.50. But screw those fries and instead order some baklava for dessert. Homemade better than bakery ofcourse.(they offer both) Trust me we did a taste challange. And they give you a lot of food! I could only finish half. Plus you can do chicken/steak/lamb combinations. So many choices… so little stomach space… If you never have had this food before then I challange you to try something new. You will not regret it!

The Kabob and Gyro Grill is located in the same strip mall space previously occupied by a Japanese Teriyaki business(which recently moved to the opposite side of the strip mall). As you enter the narrow space from the entry that faces Junction Blvd, there is a long counter on the left and several small round tables pushed together in pairs along the right. This is a counter service restaurant with an interesting variety of options. While their namesake speaks to Gyros and Kabobs, they also serve-up Phillies, burgers and salads(see my menu pics for all the details). Prices are reasonable and the shawarma that I ordered was filling on its own without sides. I had the steak shawarma which was wrapped in a warm, thin flatbread along with lettuce and tomatoes(I left out the onions which are normally also included). It came with a side of tzatziki sauce for dipping. The thin shaved steak was delicious. I ordered it medium spiciness and it was actually quite mild so I’ll go spicy next time. The tzatziki sauce was good but not as intense with flavor like others I have had… more yogurt flavor than cucumber and I did not detect any citrus). Overall, this is a great new dining option for the West Side(of Roseville that is). This one is going into my regular rotation for lunch out!
