I thought it only fair to call the manager and express my frustration and give them an opportunity to address my concerns; he did and I was pleased with the outcome. Additionally, I received a msg from the owner who was also polite and eager to get to the bottom of my conerns. The biggest challenge a consumer faces is inconsistent product and service. As someone who is at Jamba Juice daily, it’s very important for me to feel that the product and moreover the service, is something I can rely on. I’m glad I took the extra time to give them an opportunity to make things better for myself and everyone else. They have ensured that I will be back with the prompt desire to make it right.

The worst one I’ve ever been to. Ultra slow. Very inconsistent Will skip this place and just go to the one on Douglas

Excellent Place. Great Steel cut Oatmeal. Fresh strawberries, Blueberries & fresh cut apples. Only 190 calories. Clean and very Friendly.

Small JJ ~ but efficient and clean, LOL Popped in for a quick lunch. No waiting. Friendly staff. Although the energy bowl with acai berry looks scrumptious… I decided to go with the Acai Super Antioxidant smoothie. How can you go wrong with acai berry, blueberries, strawberries, soy milk plus zinc and an antioxidant boost blended up into 280 cal. Score!

Really great smoothies and super friendly service. My four year old didn’t like a smoothie I ordered him and they happily made him another. Clean restrooms is always a big plus! We will be back.

The staff here is always friendly and drinks are delicious! Went in with a broken arm and I had my dog and they kindly brought my drinks out to me (I didn’t realize they were ready) and were super friendly towards my dog! Sure way to earn points! Lol

Always great after a long work day… Especially if it’s hot!!!
I always get the sunrise strawberry with extra frozen yogurt because it adds texture and a more yogurt taste which I love!
My lady always gets the strawberry wild with extra frozen yogurt! She loves the yogurt taste too!
You can always get a boost… I usually get the daily vitamin or vitamin c.
Snacks are always available and if I’m hungry I may get a pretzel… But I usually just order the drink.
I have Also tried the orange dream machine (love it… Probably my 3rd favorite)… strawberry surf rider (good but a little too tart for me)… And I have tried a protein Drink with soy milk and it wasn’t very good… But I’m glad I tried it. We usually stick to our favorites!

I love jamba juice but my experience at this location was horrible. When we walked in there was three girls in front of us and the cashier and the three girls were messing around laughing, the cashier was ignoring the customers. me and my friend waited half an hour to just place our order and of those three girls one actually went in the back were they make the food and the one making the orders came out to the front and started taking pictures with those three girls it was a horrible experience

This location is always fast, friendly and clean.
On my last visit I had some questions about their new fruit & veggie smoothies, and the two girls working were both very helpful. It was nice to be able to hear both of their opinions and then be able to make an informed decision.

If it’s Saturday morning and I’m in Jamba Juice, it’s wheat grass time! Picking a smoothie can be difficult, especially if you’re looking to reduce sugar and fat intake. I suggest looking at the nutrition label book for a few minutes. I was shocked to see the sugar and calorie content in some of my favorite flavors. Everything tastes good, and the store is always clean and inviting.

Had a great smoothie, but the manager on duty (Lacy) was so rude to me as well as yelling at her employee in front of a restaurant full of people! I felt embarrassed for the employee :-(I will stick with my Folsom location, they are always great there!

Great Jamba Juice store. They were friendly, helpful and fast.
I had never tried the flatbread before and when I asked about them, the cashier was enthusiastic and eager to suggest her favorite, the smokehouse chicken. It’s like a mini pizza with chicken, corn, beans, cheese, and bbq sauce– it’s pretty decent. The smoothie I ordered was good, as usual.
The location is clean and everything was stocked and orderly. I like it!

Juice that rocks!
I hadnt been into the Jamba for about a month because its really been to cold and rainy out to want something cold. This morning I stopped at this location and to my surprise they had a new menu.
They recently started selling some kind of breakfast smoothie the guy at the counter told me. So after his advice and suggestions I tried one with strawberries, cant exactly remember the real name though. It was a nice departure from the usual JJ menu as it had granola, peanut butter, and fresh bananas on top. It was very filling too.
I am a big fan of jamba juice, this location was a standout for me today because of how helpful and enthusiastic the guy at the counter was.
I think I will be going back for some more of the new breakfast things.
